  1. I called on Friday. Ordered it weeks ago. Ordered my grandsons a week later. His one arrived 2 weeks ago. Mine nowhere. Spoke to them on Friday and they said they were posting it out again as they have had lots of fans reporting no shows. They reckon the Royal Snail have lost them.....
  2. How will you do? Depends upon whether we are going to continue the season with bloody midfielders in defence and up front. Murray needs to get the finger oot and sign players to play in proper positions. 4th if we do. 7th if we don't. What was last season's best moment? Getting shot of the most over rated 'manager' in Raith Rovers history. Had 2 good seasons in 9. What was last season's worst moment? Signing a rapist. Knackered up decades of hard work trying to establish the club in the community. Thankfully most of the perpetrators are gone except the owner, and unfortunately the dirty b*****d himself is still drawing a wage but thankfully will never wear the srtip. Which former player would you like to see involved at your club? Jock McStay. The stands could do with painting! What was the most surprising thing that happened at your club last season? Winning the guffy cup despite having McGlynn as manager.
  3. Virtue signalling making it pink, after the clubs complete and utter shambles of a signing in January. Still better than the hideous candy stripe of last season. I like the design, with the badge running though it. However, our away kit should be WHITE! If this was white it would have looked good. Keep it.
  4. So glad he is away. Had 2 good seasons in about 9 with us.....
  5. Caley --------- Dundee playoff final to be pumped by Ross County. Partick Raith (if IM gets his finger oot and signs a striker at least and 2 defenders, if not put us in 7th and pump everybody up a place). --------- Morton Arbroath Cove Hamiton --------- Ayr --------- Queens Park
  6. Get in Gozie..... Not exactly world class, but at least he is a striker. Surely better to play a striker up front than midfielders? Very obvious tonight. Also, if the answer is Gullan, then he is asking the wrong feckin questions.
  7. The last gaffer unfortnately had a penchant for signing his loanies from Wish..... And they generally rhymed with it too....... I hope that IM has a few poachers in mind, but the clock is ticking down to the crucial points mean prizes.... A cup run would be nice, but finishing in the playoffs (UP THE WAY) would be nicer!! I think we will finish 5th or 6th this season tbh, and go for it 23-24.
  8. Getting pissed off with this fannying about between defenders and keepers playing tippy tappy balls. It seems unfortunately this is the new way of playing. Not just the Rovers doing it. How many goals does this cause? Why not the old fashioned way of either play it out of defence, or route one it? McGrymms team last season were bad for it.
  9. If yer buying a shirt, as usual with Joma, they are a bit 'snug'. Best to buy the size bigger. Grandson is 10, but needed the 13/14 and he is skinny and not tall.. I needed the XXL and I'm usually just XL. (I'm a fat b*****d).
  10. Bingo is my fave player for the Rovers of all time. Fantastic winger.
  11. I'm distantly related to him, so thanks, I'll take your n.o 1 fan badge.....
  12. Got my first one in 3 years ordered, and my grandsons first ever one too. Got a good feeling about the new season, now we got rid of Mr Staled Out McGlynn. Look forward to the Murray revolution, taking us up the the Prem.
  13. Glad to have Spencer signed again. Head and shoulders above every other midfielder we have last season, even on the weeks he was sidelined with injury.
  14. Not too fussy about Bene moving on, even to the wee team. Not rated him for a few years now. As for the season ticket/Goodwillie fiasco thing, I am purchasing my first season ticket in 3 years, and I was one that vowed not to step back into Starks. However, the fact he will never pull on a Rovers shirt, and the fact we have got shot of the piss poor management team (in my opinion), and replaced with the best manager we could get at our level speaks volumes. Pity we still have the 3 stooges in the board room remaining of the 4 that sanctioned the farce. However, I expect the CEO will be punted at some point. Feel refreshed with the club after it staled out under McGrymm. Onwards and hopefully upwards.
  15. Not if you have a VPN, or a wee sick that goes in the back of yer telly. The feed will still go outside UK. You just have to register an account as being in Toronto, or Jo'burg, or Timbuktoo if you like, then it costs you a fiver I think..... The Firestick is free, but the camera can be a bit weird as it will stick at one end of the park then suddenly burst over after a second or two. Bit of a pain, but hey ho. I will be purchasing a season ticket this season for the first time in 3, seeing as we have now got a decent manager in etc.....
  16. With Gullan, i am less than impressed. Probably a bit unfair to him as he is no n.o 9. He was being played a s a lone n.o 9 which he definitely cannot do. He needs a proper n.o 9 up there with him as a foil. TBH I just don't see it bein Vaughny unfortunately. I don't hold out much hope of him being even a quarter the striker he was. I severely hope he can prove me wrong though, as the boy is dedicated to the club, and we the fans have a good rapport with him.
  17. McPake will do a job for yous. Spoke to him at length in Dens a while back whilst there for a job (we have a contract with DFC). Talks a very good game, and has a lot of contacts in the game. TBH if he canny get you back up, no one can.
  18. Dim Juffy spotted leaving East End Park earlier today.... Looks like he is glad to have dodged a bullet.
  19. Will need to add another defender to that total. Dave Mackay signed for QOS.
  20. Very happy. Hope the game on the pitch is as good as the game he talks! Very eloquent, and gives me hope for the future.
