  1. Hes likely to get offered one. The question is though will be willing to sign one on the terms he gets offered. I reckon he's doing quite well £ from his his current deal. Can't see him getting anywhere near that offer this time round.
  2. What about Gordon being here next season? I imagine after the double season etc he'll have earned himself a good contract. I can't see him getting those terms again. Is he someone who would look for a fresh challenge of be keen to stay with Saints? I don't know him at all so I don't have a clue either way. Just wonder whether it'll be another rebuild.
  3. A bit of a stretch to think banning a drum would make any difference to that kind of behaviour though
  4. I don't care about drums either way. They don't bother me but I'm also not dying for it either. What does please me though is the club taking seriously the views of fans if it is something they care about. Can't and shouldn't be one rule for home fans and one for away either. Shame the previous leadership weren't so keen to do so when it came to VAR.
  5. Is Kirk's contract up this summer? If so I'll be shocked if our management aren't interested. Training Compensation could be an issue though. If Hearts have an interest in retaining him that is.
  6. They've moved the Dundee game to a Sunday???!!! Saying because there's games midweek. Dundee wanting to sell ppv might also have a lot to do with it. There's also no trains running...
  7. Turner-Cooke back to Newcastle the minute Smith signs i suspect. don't know much about Smith either but like any other Saints signing I'm open minded and keen to say what he can do. I imagine he'd come in and play where our Smith is playing at the moment with a role change for Smith and Phillips with Sprangler dropping out.
  8. Won't it be Carey in behind Jaiyesimi and then Sprangler deeper than Phillips and Smith?
  9. The weather has been fairly good in Perth all day. It's a wee bit breezy just now but been dry for hours now so will help dry out the pitch a bit as I reckon it would have been on the heavy side after all the rain.
  10. The battle to keep Dan Phillips as well they're talking about isn't a battle we're going to win. He'll go back down south. Highest wage offer will win.
  11. There's a post on Facebook saying someone broke their leg in the incident? You know how these things grow arms and legs with the whispers though...
  12. Loan where were still paying a good chunk of his wages. Likely the case in how Booth went to Spartans and about the only other way we could move on the likes of Crawford as well. From both their perspectives but especially Crawford they'd be mad to walk away from the last full time contract prematurely. He's such a weird footballer. He has good feet with the ball although he seems to just over do it for no reason. Even when it does work out for him it all collapses because he can't seem to pass it 5 yards, cross a ball or shoot.
  13. Cammy Kerr being shown the door at Dundee. Can't wait to see him rocking up and down the right side from wing back
  14. Noticed that too. They really didn't need to smash the seats either. Before anyone claims "it wouldn't take much". It was deliberate.
  15. The Carey selection deep comes off the back of Leveins comments after Livi. He made remarks about them not being brave enough in possession. So he's played him deep as he's takes risks in possession. Resulted in him doing daft stuff like playing blind passes 25 yards from our goal etc. That isn't brave, it's just reckless. Fine doing it in that attacking third but not in an area where if it doesn't come off the opposition are in on goal.
  16. I couldn't careless whether he was in your company or not. What about those who I seen at the game with quite large wounds to the back of their heads and face etc? I'm sure they found the joke absolutely hilarious. Actions have consequences and as a direct result of his joke people were attacked.
  17. The change of shape made things worse today as well. McGowan attempting to provide the only width down the right made things very difficult. The midfield seemed lost as well. At least it moved Carey away from playing deep. That was a disaster as well.
  18. At the moment our problem is the same one it has been for a good 18 months plus. Philosophy over reality. You can have an ideal shape and way you want to play all you like. If the players aren't capable of it it all unravels very fucking quickly.
  19. Can't answer factually but I can imagine that's true. You know what these wee guys are all about. Giving it the big man.
