Is he the wee winger on the left? Thought he was your best player in the first half, looked really eager to take on the full back and create chances, although was more quiet in the second.
Yeah he was pretty poor by his standards as he has a much bigger impact most games.
However, shouts that he’s ‘a waste of a jersey’ are very reactionary and miles off it imo

Ok yeah, I’m worried

Morbid curiosity getting the better of me I think.
Any good pubs in and around the ground?

One of the worst defences vs one of the worst attacks in the league.
Can’t wait to see what comes out on top.

I honestly think I would rather just forfeit the 12 points a season than having to watch us try and break down Dunfermline again.
I’d like to see us actually start scoring goals don’t get me wrong but I heard someone say ‘we might as well just accept relegation now’.
Far from panic stations yet.1 -

And yet I’d have every single one of those players in my team over Gallagher this season
He scored for fun in league 1 but has really struggled in the championship this season.
Cherry picking players with mildly worse goal contribution stats than Gal’s doesn’t really say much. Can guarantee that all of those players will have more goal contributions than Gallagher by the end of the season
But if all these players who you believe are better, have less goal contributions than him this season.
By what metric has he ‘struggled’?

I feel like I’m losing my mind, has Gallagher slept with the wives of multiple posters on here?
To say he’s not up to this level I feel is objectively wrong.
if he’s not then who is?

Gal will always be a fav but doesn't look up to this league
Really?
7 goal involvements in 14 games in a team that create as few chances as we do I think is very impressive. For context Brian Graham has 8, don’t think many people would say he’s not championship level.
If we give him service he will score

I won't go back to the broken record I was in July/August about our terrible squad depth outwith the first picks but feel there needs to be an effort to strengthen in January. I may be alone in this but I wouldn't be gutted if O'Connor went back to Hibs to get loaned out further down the pyramid, which is very cl arly his level. Also agree about how utterly disappointing Gabby has been at this level. He's been found out badly. Particularly as I assume that he will be one of the highest earners having resigned in the summer after a long negotiation.
Definitely agree about O’Connor but I actually think gabby will come good this season eventually. He’s not really been able to get a proper run of games together with his injuries. I honestly think it’s more the change to the style of play from last season that suits him a lot less rather than him simply not being good enough. I think if we were as direct as we were last year he’d have a decent amount of goals and assists.

Yes, they need better strikers, but the strikers they have got almost no service yesterday.
I might be in the minority here but I really don’t think we need another striker. People see the lack of goals and assume it’s a striker issue but Gallagher pretty much puts away any chance he gets and I honestly don’t think there’s another striker in the league that is as good at keeping the ball and finding a pass when it gets fired into his feet.
No idea how todorov missed that but he’s a good striker for this level and he puts that away 9 times out of 10. The reason we don’t score much is because we don’t create enough chances. Although I think that was starting to change with the new formation but we had to abandon that due to injuries. Once we get everyone back fit we’ll be fine

I still hold a minor grudge against him for not equalising at Celtic Park that day.
My grudge is not minor. I think about it at least once a week.

Don’t complain as most fans complain we only have 1 way of playing. Looks like a very attacking Raith against the most defensive Airdrie side Rhys has ever put out. Looks like a 5-4-1 for us.
Yeah I agree I’m genuinely intrigued to see how it goes. It’s definitely a positive thing that he’s seen it’s not working and is trying something new.

Absolutely no idea what Rhys has went for here but at least he’s changing it up

Hate to be ‘that guy’ but we are top half despite being newly promoted and favourites for relegation. We went on a run that was worse than this in league 1 last year and things turned out not too bad. Can we at least wait until after Christmas to start shitting the bed?

Surely Gal knows the way the team plays even if he missed training yesterday? Would always want him in the squad at least, hard to see where we get a goal without him at the moment
He’s on the bench

Just watched the game back, was Rae totally to blame, he seemed to pass to McMaster who was slow to react and the rest was just a mess.... watch it back..
Just watched it back, can’t really fault McMaster as the pass was nowhere near him. Rae just miscued the pass on his weaker left foot.

Can also remember Airdrie teams that our players today wouldn't get a game ,
Must have been a long time ago. This is the best airdrie team in my lifetime by a country mile.

We have been so poor over the last few weeks, I really can’t see any other outcome than a home win.
Our Kamikaze defending means we are seriously unlikely to keep a clean sheet and with an attack that seems so slow and ponderous added to the players appearing terrified to shoot can’t see where a goal is coming from.
From the outside looking in that last line is insane to me considering the players you have at the top end of the park.

Think we need to be realistic here, what is the likelihood that 3 championship level players are without a club in January?
