Quite a bit of a thaw just now with much of the snow disappearing. Walked across a park and the ground is soft under foot not frozen so at the stadium with that grass being covered by snow the ground would have been protected from freezing. Though there is a lot of ice about on the roads and pavements. Could this be a tactical delay ploy while we wait on even more players coming back? Allardice and Samuels could be included I've heard.

Have we moved away from the sea? We rarely needed USH if ever and I'm struggling to remember a postponement for a frozen pitch before that was installed. Postponements tended to come from travelling conditions. Wasn't there one for flooding from underneath the pitch? We also had one of the best pitches if not the best in the Scottish Leagues before that was installed. It will be game on.

All that shite should have come down during the first week of this month. Around the 5th or 6th is the maximum that should be allowed.
