The problem with that is they are coached in the particular way the team they have been loaned out to play and when they return to their own clubs it's hard to adapt back to a style which may be completely different to that they have been playing.
If they stay with their own clubs and play genuinely competitive games then that aids their development and pathway into the 1st team.
I for one am certainly not advocating that any team involved in the pyramid from the start should "move aside" Surely the place to find that out is on the pitch where the best team(s) will come out on top based on football ability and a natural order will prevail. I'm sure everyone wants to see the best teams in the top Leagues after all
Well it is a forum for Junior Football after all.
Have never said I don’t care btw always knew our esteemed leader TJ would come up trumps and even better knowing how much it must stick in your craw
Just when things were getting civil Jason jumps in and drags us back into the "Juniors are shite" patter.
Ah well I suppose I knew all along that it woudn't last
Aye, next up I'll be doing a leaflet drop over the West Region from the EoSFL private helicopter, that'll bag a few more.
Maybe you could drop some in TJ's front garden when your'e over Neilston way.
