  1. Cannae see that happening fella - it would seem that plenty have been sold and will continue to be sold - ultimately it's a case of like it & buy it or don't like & don't buy it
  2. It's officially called "Almost Blue" apparently by Adidas
  3. What apart from several yellow away kits you mean
  4. It was indeed & if I remember rightly it was about 10 in the morning
  5. Can't understand why people are still talking about moving Scotland games to other stadiums around the country - has everyone forgotten that the SFA now own Hampden? It would make no logical business sense for them to have the stadium sitting empty & to pay clubs to use their stadium. I personally think that out of the 5 games at Hampden this year, that 4 of them will sell out & Northern Ireland won't be a full house. In fact I'd be very surprised that the Finland game doesn't sell what with it being the last game before the Euro's and the official send off for the players
  6. The last Euro's top with the badges on the sleeves went down to £10.00
  7. Hopefully Depay doesn't dive about again to get the free kick for the equalising goal like he did the last time before the Euro's
  8. To be honest I don't know as I have never bought tickets through general sale even in the old days when we were getting crowds of 15k - 20k (unless it was England) sorry
  9. No problems when getting into the site to buy the tickets on Tuesday for myself & my son basically in and out very quickly after after selecting the seats, adding to basket & paying for them. Only issue that I had was adding my son to the family & friends section which showed him as pending since Friday morning until Morning morning(despite him accepting the request within seconds) but a quick call to the SSC on Monday morning and it was fixed within 2 minutes Roll on March and here's to 5 sell out games at Hampden
  10. Personally I'm old school and prefer the blue shirt, white shorts & red socks myself But the blue shirt, white shorts & blue socks are OK but not a huge fan of the all blue kit But it's all a matter of opinion I suppose Hopefully the new kit in March will be a good one as well and that the away kit has a red shirt, blue shorts & white socks (like the old Umbro 1982 kit)
  11. On a side note to the home kit (not the 150th kit) - we only wore the full home kit (blue shirt, white shorts & blue socks) once during the last campaign which was against Spain at Hampden & the rest of the time when wearing the home kit we wore the alternative blue shorts. In regard to the away kit - again we only wore this once (white shirt, blue shorts & white socks) against Turkey & the rest of the time is was all white
  12. Would Clarke consider playing him in the Georgia & Norway games ahead of Adams? Wouldn't do any harm giving him a run in each game
  13. They still have a possible play off spot available to them if they remain in third & other results go their way, so he may yet be there but if they play like they did last night I wouldn't hold out much of them getting there
  14. There is an "international window" between March 18-26 2024 - so there is scope for 2 friendlies (presuming that we qualify & don't need the play offs) - I would imagine that one of those games could be at Hampden as a wee send off but I could be completely wrong about that
  15. No it's not, you are completely correct. But unfortunately, out of the three anthems I mentioned in my example, only the booing of the Georgia anthem was told to stop
  16. Most definitely get Grant Hanley back in the squad, if fit of course, his experience will be invaluable for the four remaining games IMHO. I'd be looking to start him if possible in those games as well
  17. No not at all - I was replying to a poster who stated "Think we've only booed Israel and England that I'm aware of." & mentioned the pockets/individuals booing the Republic of Ireland, Costa Rica & Georgia anthems as an example of what I've heard
  18. Just because the booing wasn't at the levels of the England game doesn't mean that it didn't happen. There will always be pockets and/or individuals who will boo a national anthem. One guy tried to start the booing of the Georgia anthem but he was very quickly told to shut up.
  19. I presume that you weren't at the Republic of Ireland game? Or the Costa Rica game? Surely the most bizarre booing of a national anthem ever. Both of these were heard in the North Stand But, IMHO, disrupting a minutes silence for the late Craig Brown & the victims of the earthquakes in North Africa (by numbers of both supports) is far, far worse than booing a national anthem
