Marshmallo
What's the criteria for that list? I can't think of any criteria that would place Drew and/or Morrison ahead of Anderson and/or Joe! -

forehead7
It's just the top 500 professional wrestlers of the year. Looking down the list there's some peculiar ones. Can't believe Matt Morgan is in the top 50. Kevin Nash at 53. Rob Terry at 67. JTG at 84. Amazing Red at 87. Alex Shelley at 88. Chris Sabin at 95. Heath Slater at 100 when Barrett is 109. The Great Khali at 130 when Jay Lethal is 134. Those are mostly the ones I saw, I only went up to 250 since I didn't know any of them for a while after it. Edit to say that that last bit was actually a lie but I don't care about Joey Mercury, etc, 's placing on the list. DomDom
Wrestling ability? In the last 12 months, Cena has shat over Punk. And AJ. Not even the best in WWE and TNA in the last 12 months. If it's purely on wrestling and they insist on having Japanese wrestling, YAMATO should be #1.

If it's purely on wrestling and they insist on having Japanese wrestling, YAMATO should be #1. I'm not gonna have a massive argument, mostly because it will never be resolved, but Cena doesn't even put on the STF properly which is one of his finishers. There is very little pressure on the neck/back of the opponent because he doesn't put the hold on like a Crippler Crossface and really bend the spine of the foe.
DomDom
If you start getting into arguements about execution of finishers, Flair, Hart and Benoit suddenly become shit, so it's not something worth getting into.

Benoit puts on a crippler crossface far better than Cena puts on his STF(U)
DomDom
You'll find it varies with both men. Execution of a submission is usually down to the opponent. The only problem with Cena is his god awful facial expressions that make it look like he's the one taking the move.
Shuggie_Murray7
Lets be honest, the PWI 500 has little significance on anything to do with wrestling, I jus thought it would stir up a little debate. For me AJ had an absolutle belter of a year and deserved to at least be in the top 2, so the fact that he's number 1 isn't really a surprise to me. A list where Kevin Nash and Matt Morgan are above MCMG and Otunga above Kaval is rediculous. How Eli Cottonwood isn't 500th I'll never know.
Kris Boyd
At last after 9 years wrestling has a "TV Title again" and also I could see Raven turning on Dreamer a mile off, anyone who saw the original ECW was like me just expecting Raven to nail Dreamer any second.

DomDom
I actually love Nakamura. His series of matches with Tanahashi are a worthwhile watch for any wrestling fan. His last 12 months have been a little stale and he's gone off the rails a bit especially in the last three months. He is still capable but he needs to get his act together. Where is Prince Devitt Jr. if they're gonna be including NJPW guys ? He's had a 12 months that most would kill for.

DomDom
He's in the mid 200s. Which is weird as there's many indy names ahead of him that have achieved less and are worse than him. Hmm. Davey Richards being so low is a little surprising but makes sense. How many people in that bottom section have people heard of btw ? I wanna see Shockwave the Robot NOW.

I wanna see Shockwave the Robot NOW. I forgot to mention Richards earlier, he really should be much higher. Form 250+ I counted about 60 odd that I'd ever heard of, which makes you wonder whats the point in doing it all the way to 500. The top 200 would be plenty.
#Gary
First time I've watched a full episode of SmackDown in ages and I fair enjoyed it. The main event turned into something from the Attitude era. Christian-Drew was excellent. Kofi-Ziggler was excellent. Ziggler's really improved. Kofi in rage mode was also fantastic.
