If that's the case, there need to be heads rolling. We've brought in a CEO to professionalise the running of the club, and we also have an experienced solicitor as chairwoman, yet that's now 2 huge errors in the last few weeks.

Bad move for Sibbs if true, and the strip would clash with his hair.

Potential to be great. If he works hard.
Tended to fade away during games when things weren't going his way. Little bit like Hippo.
Would suit a crack at the Prem though.
Hard work isnt his problem. You can see the levels of graft he puts in every game. He has been shuffled about and asked to do things that arent his game in the last two seasons. If he had someone who goes box to box and does the dirty work beside him as he should in your midfield, allowing him more of a free reign to wander, his skills will shine through.

If you require him to do the work of a defendong midfielder and still expect him to create then you will see what you mentioned.

Sounds like a replacement or similar player to Scott Robinson then.

Sibbald is a fucking baller. Of that there is no doubt. His ability on the ball is without any doubt. The areas where its a gamble are.... Can he make the step up to playing Premiership opposition obviously... How will he cope no longer being with us.... Will he be allowed to play his game.

He could honestly come to yous and look utterly chronic, if conditions arent right. He is that sort of player. If you sign him and really want it to work, the team will have to fit him.

Would agree with this 100%. There were times Houston made him look absolutely chronic especially. One week he'd be left wing, then behind the front two or tragically just in front of the defence as a deep sitting midfielder.
