Quick Question Thread

Recommended Posts

Okay back to the cashback question, I've never actually got cashback before ever on any card, didn't realise £100 was too much. So supposing Morrisons have a £50 cash back limit, can I go in and spend £20 on my credit card, get £50 cashback and only have £70 appear on my bill?

No, because it's impossible to get cashback on a credit card.

You need to go to somewhere they physically type the amount you need to pay into the card machine (you spend £20, want £50 back as well therefore £70) before you enter your pin; not one connected to a till where it does it automatically.

You will then have £70 'charged' to your credit card.

do you think mick mccarthey has these one liners written down or has it off the top if his head, e.g. "he (odea) should have been named twice, odea odea." etc. i'm quite enjoying this argies v nigeria match as a result.

I really like Mick McCarthy.
