Counting not your strong point I take it?

No, he's right, you have been knocked out of Europe four times in (just over) 12 months -

Legia Warsaw (?)

Maribor

Europa League

Malmo

We didn't get knocked out of Europe after the Maribor or Malmo results. Plus we won the home leg against Warsaw 3-0 ended up going through

Payday and checking the bank I have more money than expected,

Closer inspection finds that on 24/08 I got £515.63 from something call CG REDRESS.

Checked with bank and they say money is correctly there and is mine but can't say what CG REDRESS is,

I have googled it and nothing comes up,

Anybody knows what CG REDRESS is?

It would be helpful to know before I break and hit the pub and casino in a mad frenzy after work.

It's a refund from Ashley Madison.

CG I think is chargeable gain (http://www.investopedia.com/terms/c/chargeable-gain.asp). Redress is a compensatory payment to you (http://www.hmrc.gov.uk/manuals/iptm/iptm2060.htm).

http://www.taxation.co.uk/taxation/Articles/2015/05/05/333017/hedge-too-far

The redress payable will comprise three elements:

  • Basic redress – the difference between actual payments made on the product and those that the customer would have made had there not been a misselling.
  • Interest – the opportunity cost of being deprived of the money awarded as basic redress. This will either be calculated on a simple interest basis and paid at a rate of 8%, or on the basis of:
    • an identified cost that the customer incurred as a result of having to borrow money; or
    • an identifiable interest rate that a customer has not earned as a result of having less money in the bank.
  • Consequential loss – this is a broad heading covering several types of consequential loss and includes:
    • loss of profit over and above the simple interest element paid on the basic redress: claimants will be required to demonstrate that they could have used the funds (the basic redress element) to generate a profit return in excess of 8%, for example through a specific investment in the business;
    • any additional tax payable; and
    • certain legal expenses and bank charges.

Taking into account the economic climate over the past five years, the FCA believes that setting the interest paid on basic redress at 8% will, limit the need for most customers to make a consequential loss claim relating to loss of profits.

I'm trying to find somewhere to park the car that isn't on-street near the Garage on Sauchiehall Street tonight. I don't want it to be too far away since I've to lug an amp and guitar stuff to the venue. Are there any good car parks nearby or will I just have to put up with feeding a meter as close to the venue as possible?

Car park just behind the Thistle hotel. Or if it's at night you can park on one of the residential street just behind the garage. Big hill though

Elmbank St car park behind the Kings Theatre is a decent shout. About 5 minutes walk from the Garage.

Meters shouldn't matter after 6pm.

Maybe one for the law squad, but the title deeds on the houses in our estate specify that you are not allowed to have more than one dog. I have a neighbour who keeps two alsations in a cage at the side of her house that bark quite often overnight. Who enforces this clause in the deeds? Is it even enforceable?

Things like that won't be in title deeds.

If it's an owner you're pretty much fucked, if it's a tenant through a housing association they might have a tenancy agreement in place regarding pets

Yes they can be. The title deeds to my house state no more than one dog. I don't have any dogs though, because dogs are c***s.

This is my understanding too, our title deeds say we are not allowed to keep chickens on our property (not that we want to) or park caravans in our drive (again, not that we would want to) and stuff like that.

Dogs are c**ts.

The deeds to my parents' old house in Kent said my Dad had the right to shag the fiances of local agricultural workers the night before they got married.
