Revenue Scotland website..

To make a password it has to comply with...

Passwords must conform to the following rules:
 1. The password must not contain the word password or any variant.
 2. The password must not contain a word found in the dictionary.
 3. The password must contain at least one number.
 4. The password must contain at least one special character .
 5. The password must contain an upper and a lower case character.
 6. The password must be between 9 and 12 characters in length.

Can anyone think of a password that would work?

Failed - contains the words hand, and on and par

Failed - contains the words us, sand and and

Surely it means the password should not be a word found in the dictionary? Otherwise that's just absolute N0nsen$e!

It's brut@l. Such a nice day and I've wasted a big chunk of it being told "your password is shite". My computer came very close to getting punched.

W@nkrz seems to work. I'm all sorted, ta.

That won't work either if it has to be between 9 and 12 characters. And no number.

What about 5hyteshoo$?

When did this happen? Admittedly I haven't read the dictionary in many years.

The thrill of finding stuff like b*****d in it passed many a happy day at primary school. I think 2014 when the c word entered according to the internet.
