JMDP
As the thread title suggests, thought it could be a good idea to have a thread for people to post some of their favourite goals. Not my favourite goal of all time by any means, but saw this one recently in the FC Flora Tallinn - Brondby Europa League Tie. Good reaction from the commentators too. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Nb_KtKP9CVI...feature=related I also like this one by Vasquez of IFK Gothenburg(doubt he meant it though). Yoss
I also like this one by Vasquez of IFK Gothenburg(doubt he meant it though). I thought that too, but then I read somewhere it's his party piece and he's trying it all the time in training. I don't for a minute think that Roberto Carlos effort from the by-line that someone else posted was deliberate though. The Carlos Alberto 1970 effort wins most of these sorts of votes, and I can't argue with that, but this one is my personal fabourite, from World Cup 2002. (The second goal in the clip). I don't for a minute think that Roberto Carlos effort from the by-line that someone else posted was deliberate though. Yeah, I've seen interviews with him where he does it again - albeit just on his own in front of a camera. I was living in Orebro for a few months then and was actually at that game, didn't realise what he'd done until seeing it on TV. If he did mean it then it's incredible. I like this from Zlatan too:
