throbber
Then you're the same height as me and that "ideal weight" is a lot of shite. As is the whole BMI index. It's a decent enough guide though I suppose. I weighed 10:6 when I was 25 and in great fitness but student life has added over 2 stone to that since. Think I was well over 13 a few months back but lost a bit due to working although still drank lots and ate shite all summer so didn't lose it altogether.
throbber
I ran nine miles earlier on and had a busy shift at work. So why can't I sleep? I'm going to guess its because you ran those 9 miles being chased away from the scene of a brutal murder.
Rugster
Must admit I had throbber down as a bit of a short arse, but didn't consider Knightswood Bear as one. Live and learn.

I always imagine KB to look like Anders Breivik, he posted a picture of his car and the reflection you could see coming back made him look like the deranged terrorist.

Jimmy85
If I was in charge I'd have every adult male under 6 foot executed. There's no excuse for being that short.

Anyway i wouldn't change my height and being shorter than average has never bothered me. Trying to shed this weight though and going for 30 lengths and also a half hour run later so i expect to be totally weightless by the end of October.

Jimmy85
Just messing with you, Throbber. While I obviously absolutely despise you and everything you stand for, you're far from the worst.

Shandon Par
I never quite reached 6ft, stopping at about 5'11". 5'8" is more of a woman's height. Need some sort of P&B medieval rack to sort out throbbs and KB.
throbber
5'4 or 5'5 is average for a woman. Average for a man is maybe 5'10 at most. I still feel about average height regardless.
