Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!

Recommended Posts

He has quoted that they are shares in the club and the money will still be in Rangers ? he claims the money is for investing in the club.

The club is the company despite what Rangers fans argue and the SPL & SFA say either and fook the papers they'll run anything if it will shift tabloids and TV to get people to watch.

In the SPL & SFA rule book they clearly state that Rangers ceased to be a club on the 14th June this year when the CVA failed and the CLUB then headed into liquidation. This club and company shite has gone on for way too long and is some made up crap by the SPL & SFA to keep the old firm alive in some form and Green jumped on it.

MSM still can't decide at times FFS ! BBC says old club & liquidation today in their sports section ?.

The fans will buy shares into the whole club or parts of it depending on what the prospectus says ! Green is a sneaky fecker with many a troubled AIM share issue behind him so reading the fine print and analysing the minute detail is important. One thing is for sure that Green's mob will still retain at least 52% of the club in total to pull the shots or fob off the investors like he has in the past.

Just ignore this Sevconians, buy away at those shares this is all reverse psychology by exposing all the pit falls of the share buy up all us diddies know you'll do the opposite.

Buy away nothing to see here Chucky is the messiah (if thats allowed ?) well he's a good egg. He will lead you triumphantly back to the top of the SPL( if they change ), then it will be the latter stages of the CL and eventually UEFA will be clamouring to organise a European league guaranteeing mega millions from media payments and the expansion of Asian markets. Bring back the orange tops the party tunes hell lets return to the marauding days of manchester, its all good 54 and counting.( How will your club register that next league win , will that be 55 or will it be a 54 1/4 ? )

The Rangers shareholder list

The following is a list of the present shareholders in Rangers Football Club Ltd.

It lists the holders of 19.8 million of the 22 million shares issued so far.

The full list is to be disclosed in the Prospectus to be issued soon.

Ian Hart – 490k

Sevconians are actually asking question on this......

http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/0/football/18449917

Businessman Ian Hart has denied being part of Charles Green's consortium - only hours after being named one of the backers of Rangers' new owners.

Vanguard bears statement

They just can't help having a pop at Celtic

It’s not often that Vanguard Bears is in agreement with Celtic supporters – particularly their lunatic fringe - but on this occasion we fully endorse the opinion of their shareholders who, prior to their Annual General Meeting next month, want all joint commercial ties severed with Rangers.

http://www.scotsman.com/sport/football/spl/celtic-shareholders-urge-club-to-drop-joint-commercial-deals-with-rangers-1-2592372

They will have their own motives - most probably deep-rooted hatred of the very existence of our club. We at VB have our own:-

We do not want to be associated in any way with Celtic FC and its unambiguous and undeniable links to Irish Republican terrorism and the unforgiveable covering-up of heinous child abuse.

No right thinking person or persons could ever condone such acts as carried out at Celtic FC by its employees and their support, and it is to everyone's astonishment that whilst the actions of Celtic FC's support is ignored by the mainstream Press and Media in Scotland along with compliant MP's, we here at VB have morals that we hold dear, therefore we find the link to Celtic FC and its support rather distasteful and unhealthy for a club of Rangers standing, and once again fully endorse the move by their shareholders to sever ties with us.

We would rather remain a safe and comfortable distance from those tarred with the Sectarian brush and linked to child abuse - Division 3 isn't far enough away.

. We have a history of trusting our owners and turning up for games.s

I think there is more to it than that, I believe a lot of fans were under the impression that Rangers were untouchable. I mean they were the people, werent they? I think the fact that noone stepped in to save them was as big a shock to most Rangers fans as the actual administration. There was always this belief that the banks, the government, the establishment if you like, would not allow Rangers to go down. I think, personally, that in the past this would have been true, but the World has moved on from the corruption and bigotry that was endemic in the early and middle years of the last century. Its part of Rangers tragedy that the vast majority of their fans and parts of the club itself, remain trapped in that very period.

A lot of the 3 figure people were compensated by the RFF. However, its the people who are owned 4-5 figure sums I feel most sorry for.

They have no shame

As has been said before - we'll take no morality lessons from the plastics. laugh.gif

Doubly so in the run-up to your annual humiliation as your club and suport prepares to disgrace themselves again with yet another 'bloostained' fiasco.

You would think Liewell has enough on his plate with the diddy clubs jockeying for position to remove the plastics voting veto.

It's not going to end well. smile.gif

I hear Lance Armstrong has notified interest in the The Rangers share offer. He's hoping it will allow him to buy a few titles that he's lost recently..........for cheating (doping, but not financial in his case) .....oh, haud oan........

See, Berrs, it could happen to you!!!!! .

Anyhoo, when's the FTTT decision due?

It doesn't work like this. Regardless who it comes from you need morality lessons. Your preoccupation with 'the plastics' only gets in the way of accepted the reality and moving to a place where some humility could be accepted. .

Would suggest what you should be talking about is http://www.thesun.co...mb-in-post.html

Was this the same band of Rangers fans who chased Miller away, asking him to 'truck off'?

Then today Green gets more coverage. Not to deny he had to move from one safe house to another. Not to say he didn't have threats, or was not 'unsettled' from confrontations with Rangers fans on the street.

No today he is apologising to the fans for telling.

http://www.scotsman....reats-1-2591797 He is obviously concerned that by honestly telling the world how Rangers fans behave he would alienate enough of them to jeopardise his cash raising scheme.

So Charley, keep sucking up to them, tell them what they want to hear.

However I do agree with the last line of your post. " It is not going to end well". sad.gif
