hellbhoy
I'm sure the running cots for both Ibrox and Murray Park would have remained the same as before. You'd be absolutely correct there Rico
wulliamwallace
I see the zombies are walking away from sevco/newco, chuckies wee p++i friend has now walked or was it pushed and the zombies have been on the talk ins saying they wont be buying a season ticket next year. Is that because they might not be in existence or because they keep getting shafted by con men ? They wont be able claim world records on attendances will they ? I dont know what's more funny, coming on here to laugh at their demise or laughing at the zoomer zombies who are brain dead and cant take their heads out of the sand, even after everything that has happened they still try and defend them and blame the press, the bloggers, big Peter Lawwell and anyone else who reminds them that THEY DIED Tune in tomorrow for another shambolic update of what was rangers football club, the gift that keeps on giving Seriously though who's looking forward to watching the tv program/movie The futures bright the futures......... well maybe there wont be a future
thelegendthatis
Your right about the last bit that the SFA don't have the appetite because Ogilvie has allegiance to Rangers in some form or another. 'in some form or another'? Well the form is the old EBT worth 90 grand if I remember correctly. Ogilvie is totally and utterly conflicted in his position within the SFA. The board there still have to do the honest thing and get him out of there, otherwise the governing body lacks all credibility and cannot be trusted to do what is best for Scottish football. We have said this before, we are saying it now, and no doubt we will have to say it again.
DoonTheSlope
Curious that the Easdale's seem to think neither Craig Whyte or BDO can unwind the deidco asset sale.
thelegendthatis
From the BBC website. "Meanwhile, it is understood that Easdale, of McGill's Buses, is aiming at a 29% stake in the club with a view to taking overall control and that his family could walk away from the club should they fail in that bid." Interesting a precise figure of 29% is mentioned. Almost as if they have agreements in place with exiting shareholders probably including Green. Believe there is an agreement in place that those who bought shares in the club would not sell them until June. So it will probably only be then we can see the picture emerge of who is getting out and who is getting in. Wondering what the opinion is from the Tedis, Bennetts et all of the Easdales gaining control? Good or bad? WhiteRoseKillie
If you believe the rumours; Bell, Daly, the honduran and Nickly Law - In Alexander - Out If you believe the rumors then 4k,4k,1k,1.5k In, 11K out Would be good news for rangers if they could make the figures add up. Rumours are, however, just that. My personal feelings are that those incoming might well be looking (at least in Bell's case) at a premium for putting their career on hold. How long is Elbows going to be sucking on the teat? Black, Templeton, Shiels? If this season has proved anything, it's that these players don't give you the edge that their salaries would suggest.

bennett
Curious that the Easdale's seem to think neither Craig Whyte or BDO can unwind the deidco asset sale. Don't mess with the Easydales And are these out-of-contract "squad-strengtheners" going to play for free, Tedi? Or are the terms required to get them to drop into career limbo (e.g. Bell), or grab one last big contract (e.g. Daly) going to outstrip anything near market value? Don't forget, last Summer all the players with any resale value, or with years left in their careers, fucked off sharpish. Do you still think McCullough and Alexander TUPE'd across for the love of rangers? Yes Norman, they'll for free - love of the clun n aw that. Money talks Norm, hell some of them might see this as a chance to establish themselves as furture Rangers stars, while others will be after a payday unavailable elsewhere. Personally apart from Bell and the Nicky Clark, i'm not that impressed. Most people love Rangers Norm, thats how it is.
Dindeleux
world of Warcraft? :-D bet you get all the girls. I love it when people think that guys who play online games are weirdos. Online gaming is probably the most popular way of socialising now, I would argue that those who mock it are more than likely to be the one's who I would say "bet you get all the girls" too. What do you do with your spare time Ally88?

bennett
Out of those players then only Black has been a real dissapointment. Lee has 2 years left and his problem is age, he will be able to do a job in the 2nd but does not have the legs for the 1st. Shiels was hot and cold but I think he plays better against SPL clubs, given his age then he will have a chance in the last year of his deal to prove he is good enough. Temps is a superb player, easily good enough for the SPL and worth every penny of his 7k a week. Blacks shown in glimpses that he can play but does not like the physical attention his rep brings. I reckon if he's still here then we'll see more from as we climb back up. McCullochs problem apart from wear and tear on his legs is that the manager won't go with a 4 4 2 which would suit him better. Shiels another hot n cold one, doesn't like getting booted thats for sure but similar to Black he should progress as we climb up the leagues. Ofcourse another season in the lowest tier would be a nightmare for Black and Shiels and that may decide if they stay or go. Templeton and Wallace are two of our bright lights.
bennett
What's that you saying Tedi ?,you were never GRANTED ! you are an idiot sometimes dude because you posted an official SFA link not so long ago about your club and I quote "Rangers were granted membership ahead of the formal transfer of the PLC's licence",now membership has to come with a licence of sorts to actually play a competitive fixture and the SFA licence was still in the possession of the PLC until the 3rd of August 2012.And don't post shite either that Rangers were using the PLC's SFA licence because it was still legally written out for the companies house registration to the PLC which had to be changed the sevco Scotland companies house registration. And it's rich coming from you saying that guy didn't know which licence when you don't have a fecking clue yourself obviously. Your right about the last bit that the SFA don't have the appetite because Ogilvie has allegiance to Rangers in some form or another. Oh my poor eyes. Your posts should really come with a health warning, might pass a memo on to admin.
hellbhoy
Oh my poor eyes. Your posts should really come with a health warning, might pass a memo on to admin. Your poor eyes ? well that explains the pish you keep posting then don't it Brokeback. Interesting to note you didn't contradict any of my post either !,and killing your club by starving it of your giro money next season is probably the best way to just let it die as well .
WhiteRoseKillie
Hi Norman, whats your vews on Kenny Shiels comemnts on that wee ginger tube Lennon? Kenny apparently fully agrees with my opinion of the little rodent, as posted many times on several threads. And of his club, for that matter. Any reason you bring it up on here? I've not even asked you any difficult questions to deflect... I will NOT hold my breath. Just as well, it's bad for you.
hellbhoy
So you think it is a sensible plan to buy only players who can get us to the SPL, dump all of them and start with a brand new team once we are back in the SPL? Of course you think this is a good plan, you are a celtic fan and this would guarantee you a few more easy titles. I do not mind having a few guys in now that we can build a team around in the next few years, whilst brining through youngsters but we also need a few cheap squad players who are only here for the next 2 years, we have completely lacked depth in our squad this year. There's the bottom line in bold Tedi for the orcs isn't it ?,it's all about the title horde your club had and stopping Celtic winning more at all costs instead of rebuilding for the long term future.Competing with Celtic's vastly superior spending ability at the moment will certainly ruin Rangers in the end,and last year it was all about just supporting a team called Rangers and went straight to we need to stop them tatty pickers from winning more titles than we have.
Monkey Tennis
Personally apart from Bell and the Nicky Clark, i'm not that impressed. Who's the Nicky Clark? Is that what he'll become called if he signs for the Rangers?
Monkey Tennis
As it is for the mhanks, deep down you know you are still chasing. and as for you vastly superior spending power....any one of the the SPL clubs with a few extra mill to spend this year would have challenged Celtic for the league, you have been rank rotten and not nearly as far apart as you think. Isn't that his point Ted? The other teams don't have " a few extra mill to spend", giving Celtic vastly superior spending power.
bennett
Bar one or two exceptions yes. Never in a million years should any team be paying 7k per week for any SFL player. Yes you need a few cheap squad players, you could take the pick of any SFL1 player not pay more than £1k a week. Rangers should be buying the best young players possible between 18-23 from all around the world, and pay them one or two grand a week. Is paing SFL players a few grand per week any different from Celtic paying players over £20k per week to romp the SPL?
