Big Rangers Administration/Liquidation Thread - All chat here!

Well, firstly, please spare us any more of those angst-ridden fantasies of beatings at the hands of baddies.

Secondly, the hatred you endlessly spew seems identical to the hate you complain of.

And, if what is good for the goose is indeed good for the gander, we quickly arrive at perfectly valid reasons for wanting your club driven from existence.

It appears Killie is a cauldron of hate. Perhaps The Scheme was more representative of you and your type than I thought.

ah yes, using The Scheme to denigrate Kilmarnock.

didn't most of the participants actually dress themselves up in the merchandise of (used to be) Rangers

No most of them are green and greys, apart from the jakes with the shared Rangers shirt.

Mark Daly no implications for Rangers in this. RAdio Scotland

Pleasing.

Oh the implications may be for the 'holding company' :D

Wouldn't think too many investors will want to get in share issue now, and if the the new holding company dies from lack of money and no assets to raise them, this time the new club dies too.

There will be no 3rd zombification ;)

Why pleasing ? Daly probably hasn't a clue how the judicial system works ! BDO still have the power to null and void the sale of assets to Green if D&P are implicated and Green's involvement at an earlier date with Whyte. This means yer newco corpse Rangers will have no home,no money and better still lose the right to wear them strips and loss of history completely !.

Do enjoy watching your team from the pavements Benny

Of course there isn't. None of this has anything to do with 'Rangers' - it's merely the nasty individuals who leeched onto Rangers. Now, back to a question I am still waiting on an answer to - if none of this nasty stuff carried out by these individuals means that 'Rangers' are liable for anything - then just what set of circumstances needs to happen before a football club IS held responsible? These individuals were the owners, chairman, directors... of 'Rangers'.

OK, so let's imagine for a minute that we are not talking about nasty stuff. Let's say Craig Whyte actually did have wealth off the radar, and having taken over from Sir Minty at Rangers he instead did this..... He threw 50 million pounds of his own money into buying top European stars, who turned out in light blue, and reached the Champions League latter stages, only narrowly failing to win the final itself where they were beaten by Barcelona. Still, it was a fantastic effort.

How would Rangers fans have viewed this success? A triumph for Rangers, or all the credit simply goes to the individual involved?

Latest odds from PaddyP

Anyone want to punt Das currants @ 1/50 for Div3 ? Or does 10/1 everyone else combined appeal more?

The company appointed as administrators were already on the fringes prior to their appointment this afternoon.

There is nothing unlawful or improper about the fact that they have ties with Rangers (at the highest level of both organisations by all accounts), but you have to wonder about conflicts of interest when the administrator is supposed to continue the operation of the business for the benefit of the creditors, not the business itself.

Quite why it was only clueless buffoons like me and countless others on P&B who caught the rancid stench of a huge sewer rat when D&P were appointed as administrators is laughable. Unless, of course, the football authorities and mainstream sports media turned a blind eye, of course....surely not! Nah....that's way too far-fetched. They must be reeling with the latest revelations
