It would be appropriate for the debt to be paid by those who had incurred it. Whether she has received that amount or not, rangers still owe the money, as they received the service. In Bennett the Super Pedant mode: she has not been paid - she has been given an equivalent amount from a third party. I have no idea what contractual arrangements you have with the service provider - and it will be you if your daughter is a minor. That "Your Sonsie Face" appeared in the creditors list would lead one to assume that the contract was with rangers (IL). They haven't paid that debt.
