Tamdunk
So the three hour raw thing doesn't really seem to be working. Not enough angles going on to make it interesting, however the one plus point is we've started to see a higher quality, slightly longer matches on raw. Sheamus x Sandow, Ziggler x kofi and even Natalya x beth in recent weeks have all been good matches. Is it worth the trade off to have some better matches? I'd say probably not and go back to 2 hours.
Dindeleux
Brock Lesnar in his first stint was as handpicked as they come. Rock and Cena certainly were handpicked to start with, but not in their guises that they got over with. Look at early Rocky Maivia stuff, he was the only survivor in his debut match at the Survivor Series, the IC belt was put more or less straight onto him and they tried everything they could to have him as the baby-kissing crowd pleaser. He also had couple of WWF title shots within a few months of debuting. Cena walked straight into a feud with Kurt Angle who was the biggest star in the WWE at the time and won on his PPV debut against Jericho. If that isn't hand-picked, I'm not sure what is. He was nowhere near getting the punt, he was on and off TV consistently enough as a face and they had just turned him heel when the rapper gimmick started. You could possibly say that Angle was handpicked to become a top star as well.
LAGer
That just shows the biggest flaw in the gimmick PPV system. Back in the day, a HITC/cage match would only take place because a feud had become so heated that there was no other way to end it. Now a HITC match just happens because it is at a PPV called Hell in the Cell. Having the frst Punk vs Ryback match in HITC makes no sense whatsoever. Ryback shouldn't be near the title picture until at least after WM next year IMO. I agree with this. Hell in a Cell's tended to be when two opponents had built up a huge fued, had mega heat with each other or it was a way to keep outside interference away (despite a regularly flimsy cage door). I don't think shoving two guys into a Hell in a Cell every year just because its for the title makes sense.
Big River
Agree with the above. HIAC used to mean something and in the days when Taker, Foley, Michaels and HHH were all on top they would have massive build ups to those matches and it would be the payoff to an intense personal fued. Now it's just another gimmick ppv and like TLC and elimination chamber it's been watered down and doesn't have that "brutal structure" feeling anymore. They need to get rid of the gimmick ppvs, they are terrible ideas.
JRD
They need to get rid of the gimmick ppvs, they are terrible ideas. Except MITB.
DA Baracus
Except MITB. Can't agree. They should get rid of that too, and keep it as a one off for Wrestlemania like they did before. All these gimmick PPVs show just how shit the creative department at WWE is, and has been for years now. You can see this in the characters and their storylines.
Marshmallo
MITB was a great concept but has become overdone. It's basically just a way for them to push guys into the main event without putting any thought into building them to that level.

Parscelona
When does Lawler wrestle every week? Think he was still working in the indies before the incident. However, i do agree that at his age, he shouldn't be in the ring at all. Same applies to McMahon.
