Probably just engineering the safest course they can to get Jinder to the Indian tour in December without losing the title. Hard to really see what they gain from this, apart from that. Lesnar surely goes over convincingly in a house-show style squash, but what does that really do for anyone? Makes Jinder - who holds their most prestigious title - look like the jobber he is, and just gives Lesnar another boring, safe, 5 minute exhibition. Two titles go undefended. They were supposed to rush the ring and get a beating before retreating so that New Day could get a big pop. Zayn should just leave. WWE don't know what to do with him, or don't want to do anything meaningful with him. He might get punted. In normal circumstances, I'd call bullshit but...it is Vince: Spoiler Basically, the rumour was that he was originally going to hold onto the Women's MITB briefcase and start a transgender gimmick that would have resulted in him having a women's title match at WrestleMania. Obviously Carmella now has the case but the rest was apparently still going to happen. It would have been done horribly.
