D.A.F.C
He couldn't replace captain marvelous Geggan. So we tried to play both and they were both useless.
Shandon Par
We signed Forbes from the Premier League and soon had him looking like a pub player. We signed the best striker in League One and turned him into a non-striker. We signed the best winger in the league and turned him into a fringe player then punted him to Stirling. Good to hear Forbes saying that though - so many players with a decent pedigree have been poor that it's a very poor reflection on our coaching and management. When JJ left it was obvious we were crying out for playing players in the proper position and establishing a more settled team and tactics but it just got even more haphazard under Potter. A poor player in a bad team sticks out a mile but most weeks this season it has been a struggle to spot a player who gets pass marks.
Shandon Par
Any stattos know the fewest goals it has taken to end up our top scorer for a season? Faissal with a mighty 5 goals could be this season's top marksman.
parsforlife
Tod got it in the hay season with a ridiculously small number, 2nd place that year was Brewster who left in october iirc.

Poet of the Macabre
Davie Hay and Stephen Kenny were both far better than Potter and I thought they were absolute pish.
Shandon Par
Ugwu has 7 does he not? I think so but were some in a cup? Still fairly inglorious to have a top scorer leave half way through the season. The Moff could still come good of course and average 3 goals a game for the rest of the season to see him reach his target.
Rob1885
Gozie Ugwu is the man for the job next season, would bring an expansive game back to the hallowed turf of EEP.

Faissal with a mighty 5 goals could be this season's top marksman. I seem to remember one terrible season in which Davie Moyes (2nd) was top scorer. I think he had about 6 goals in the year.

parsforlife
McMillan can take one of the defensive slots for his partick sacking, also involving powders apparently.

Lawro
What's the world coming to when a bloke faces jail for stalking an ex? FFS, we surely retain some right of access, no? Or is it his big ugly heed that's the issue?
