Lets All Laugh At Rangers Thread

He might be on another planet at times but he's likeable enough.

Heart on sleeve and all that

Fair enough. I know you have a soft spot for the old devil.

The post earlier, in answer to yours about the claim McCoist had spent £40m however, was thoroughly bizarre and a bit disturbing.

Rangers will hand Inter Milan the keys to Murray Park

RANGERS will hand Inter Milan the keys to Murray Park ahead of the Italian side’s Europa League showdown with Celtic.

The Ibrox side have agreed to help out the Serie A men by letting them use of their Auchenhowie training base to prepare for the first leg of their last-32 tie.

Roberto Mancini’s men warmed up for the tie in Glasgow with a 4-1 drubbing of 10-man Atalanta yesterday to record successive wins for the first time since October.

Record Sport understands the Light Blues are expecting the Italian side at Murray Park on the morning of the match with Ronny Deila’s Hoops.

It comes after a similar move by Rangers exactly two years ago when Juventus used the facility before a 3-0 Champions League last-16 win at Parkhead.

Kris Commons had at Celtic’s Old Firm rivals at that time, saying: “Juventus can train in my back garden, it would make no difference. If they want to prepare at a Division Three training ground let them get on with it.”

Former chief executive Charles Green revealed they offered the Turin giants the chance to train at Murray Park after meeting Juve officials at a European Clubs Association conference in Qatar.

That was the first time Rangers had hosted Celtic’s Euro opponents since allowing former Ibrox boss Graeme Souness the use of the club’s facilities to prepare for Blackburn Rovers’ UEFA Cup clash before the English side lost 1-0 at Parkhead in 2002.

Inter made a similar gesture when they threw the doors of their training base open to Barcelona when they were in Milan for a Champions League last-16 fixture against city rivals AC a couple of years ago.

Mancini wants a training base to put his players through their final session before the Parkhead clash on Thursday night with Murray Park viewed as being best available option to the Serie A side.

At least, one football club will have made use of the place. I suppose MA will be pocketing the money.

 Sevco...Still hurting from the semi humiliation so...maybe the sevco squad will be allowed watch the Inter team train especially the target practice, might learn a thing or two, like the location of the goal :lol:

The semi final defeat is probably the least humiliating and hurtful of our defeats in the lasts 3 years in all honesty

There is lot of competition in fairness. Ya not find it a bit cringy everytime a big team come to play us you are crawling to them with the key of Murray park..Smacks of desperation to be in the limelight on a big occasion.

Not really , in all honesty and not meaning to be cheeky I could not really care less.
