drs
It'll take him about 25 minutes to come down, if there is a problem they have plenty of time to cut away, unless they are Fox.

He is way way way more 'sane' than the guy 50 years ago, back then they didn't have a scooby but now every eventuality to the nth degree will be known. Total waste of time and cash (I am watching though ) Anybody made the ''do you know anything about gas cookers'' gag yet?

JamboMikey
The highest manned balloon flight was by Malcolm Ross and Victor Prather who, flew to 113,000ft in 1961. They completed the mission, which was to help design the modern space suit, and landed in the Gulf of Mexico. But tragically, after such a danger-fraught trip, Prather died at the very end of the mission when he slipped from the helicopter harness which was winching them from the sea and drowned.
