The East Fife Thread

Going to repeat what I said earlier, there is no need to look at any other clubs as favourites to go up. We must match the ambition of the manager, and when you look at the other teams now confirmed in the league, there is no reason to think otherwise. There is nothing between them all.

Sorry I don't agree I think there is some hard teams in this like I am sure Queen's Park fans if u ask them just hope to stay up I am same top 4 is asking to much this season just stay up

Is fine for me

Staying up is fine, but the aim has to be the play offs Their is no team in the league to be worried about.

Saying that Cowdenbeath Alloa Dumbarton have all done it so there is no reason why we can't u are right Stranraer and Albion rovers have good seasons so no reason why we can't get top 4 just have to see who we sign

Once we have a team assembled think we will have a better idea

See McAleer released by Airdrie? Would you have him back at the club or pass.

His season here he was a bit part player last season before he left for Airdrie, Airdrie failed to gain a play off spot under Bollan/EWB/Lennon and was shipped on loan towards the end of the season. He would be a maybe...like him, cook and McDonald left to sign for a league team above league two I was quite surprised.

Nope, I personally liked him but it never worked out for him in league 2 with East Fife so don't see why it would be any different in league 1

Same the boy was ok but hardly got enough game time in the squad we had Mullen, Ross Campbell and McShane which was frustrating to see but I doubt things would be any different in the league above with slightly better opposition and league which is true.

Bryne would be exciting signing, very local still has bags of talent for L1 and Wallace would be among those with Taggart as another full back I would have. Naysmith still has hope as Muir and McGreever could yet leave Qp.

Could do with more than the one though

Yeah it'll be good to see someone in to challenge the already planned back four for next season again and whenever injuries-suspensions do come but least we know as of yesterday we won't be facing Ayr like two years ago 5-0 dribbling at bayview that's for sure.
