NotThePars
SMDH at me slagging off grime earlier in this thread what with grime 2.0. Saw Mumdance, Novelist and Riko Dan at the SWG3 earlier and this year and it went off. Take Time is class.
Sloop John B
Man like British Patriot... You wonder where Grime goes now that it seems to be getting a lot of attention stateside. You see the folks that sold out last time come crawling back. Narsties takedown on Uncle Pain of Chip was beautiful. Interesting to hear Skepta's album when it comes out. I loved Blacklisted hopefully he can balance the US stuff as well as Krept and Konan have done but we'll see. Loving J-Hus, Fekky and Stormzy as well ATM. Exciting times.

The next Skepta imo, he's so authentic, his video for "The endz" looks like it's filmed in 2005. I don't know how to post videos but his "incredible" freestyle is well worth a listen.
Sloop John B
Skepta's Top Boy documentary. I don't think it'll tell hardcore fans anything they didn't already know about Skepta but it's an enjoyable enough watch.

Disingenuous to say Chip came crawling back. Big Narstie is one of the original generation living off name but no talent, like Jammer, D double e etc. Skeptas album will be grime, doubt there'll be a balance, if Drake and co or wanting to ft you can bet it'll be grime. No chance have Krept and Konan balanced anything. They're categorically not grime, that abortion of an album they produced ("f**k the Feds") is hip hop. They've helped get grime attention and such and are doing well but they are 100% rappers. Bragging about Gucci with American slang on a DJ mustard beat with a popstar singing the hook.. J Hus is fantastically talented, he's such a good hybrid imo. I watched an interview with him yesterday and was astonished he only started as a rapper last year, he just pushed out a few freestyles and rode the wave. Stormzy is the general right now. Not the best lyrically imo but he's changing the game, you can't deny the talent, flow and delivery, so humble too. I think Skepta, J Hus, Chip, Stormz, Novelist and Section Boys are the best. Section are a bit trappy but all come with bars.

Has anyone watched the R.S (Roll Safe) mockumentaries? They are so funny.
SANTAN
KSI (yes him) ft. JME - Keep Up: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uBosAirL8ds Ksi is terrible. I like him and his videos and so many people would do the same so I can't even hate it but he's just not very good imo.
RawB93
Gonna say it now, never felt JME. I know he's been around since day but he's never actually said anything worth repeating.

I've never felt Chip and the Pepper Riddim thing just felt like he's noising folk up for no reason but I suppose the number of folk firing back at him is testament to him though. Bugzy's diss was pretty good even If i'm not keen on the Manc accent. Also not Grime but Craig David and UK Garage is coming back lads!

SANTAN
Just for you to make your own minds up, here's Bugzys other two (I think he's one dimensional and a moron) Here are some memorable Bugzy bars "I'm Big like Ben" "DEEPER than the Antarctic" (what?) He also says he's a lion like King from Tekken. King was a leopard.. Here's his replies to Chips send. Wasteman - (Chip dropped Dickhead 5 hours after this, Bugzy then dropped Zombie Riddim) Edited November 26, 2015 by Stormzy
Sloop John B
Tinie Tempah has dropped a mixtape called Junk Food which has some great guest spots from various grime artists such as JME, Stormzy, Narstie, J Hus and Giggs with some of the best bars on the album are coming from some lesser known folk. Could be looking into the future of UK music. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CAB8-zfyxpk
SANTAN
J Hus will go far. Junk food is garbage. Listen to Chip - Hard Food.
