With the financial fair play rules in motion, Chelsea might have to upgrade the stadium to accommodate more fans to keep the cash flowing or they might get sucked into the vacuum of decline should they fail to win titles or high enough in the league, cups finals and even the holy grail of cash that is the Champions League. A large support might become more relevant than the current situation where crowds don't matter we get enough money from the league to sustain us. Judging by who they have got left over they won't be bothering anyone for a while, and could possibly gravitate back to (imo) their natural position at the top end of League One. I don't see what the fallout from big bad Sky 'fucking football' comes from, no one was complaining when it was helping to fund the SPL spunkathon. Internationals from all.over the planet not just playing for The Two Cheeks but Killie Motherwell St.Johnstone etc. Even the auld first division had half the Canadian team playing for ICT, half the Trinidad side at the Wc2006 had played for Falkirk, Livvy and Dundee in it.....
