Do you have any verbatim evidence in the Claim of Right Act 1689 that the people of Scotland, and not the Parliament of Scotland, were asserting a sovereign right to remove the monarch? 3. And also to be clear, you have "verbatim evidence" from the Claim of Right Act of the sovereignty of the people despite the Act containing no such words, and you've failed to quote a single exerpt from it in support of this? And finally, to be very clear, you stand by the assertion that Lord Cooper endorsed the sovereignty of the people despite the fact he doesn't even mention the word "people" in his judgment?
