P45 Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Whit? So the No vote is odds on just because its made 'to look like a clear favourite', aye that's how it works! Lets just get this right then, are you saying there's a mystery betting syndicate out there putting a wedge of 5 &10 grand bets on the No vote, just to skew the market, dupe the bookies and the punters?. No. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 I wouldn't say everyone living in these areas in below me, certainly not the hardworking families, it's the layabouts, drug addicts, benefit cheats and the like that I look down on. Yet you'll happily vote for the biggest cheats of them all MPs who love to fiddle expenses 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
~~~ Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Who said I was voting for them? So you're voting for independence? 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr Bairn Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Probably, but even if I didn't, the expenses system is a lot harder to fiddle these days and it's not like the Scottish parliament is devoid of scum. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Ira Gaines Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 Mr Bairn is just the same shite troll he was. Like Ad Lib, he fires out the "I'm voting yes!" in order to try and get some credibility since folk started ignoring, and now that he has the attention, the shite is starting again. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Mr Bairn Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 I don't expect to get any more attention. It would be a pretty shite forum if No voters were ignored. -1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

thepundit Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 I beg to differ. I disagree. There was a period when No voters had all but given up posting in this section due to the tactics of Yes supporters and there was nothing but tumbleweed. Lot of No voters around these days and I'm sure many on both sides of the argument would agree the threads are exciting again. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Yep and half of them post incessently about how they're voting Yes. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It was only tumbleweed when the polls and odds were closing every day, some still haven't returned, probably see them on the 19th if it's a NO. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

That may also be one of the reasons. I don't think it was but you may be correct. What are you expecting the independence section to be like the day after the vote?... 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it's a yes it will be pretty deserted because everyone will be out getting pished. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I'd suspect either way, I won't be visiting as it'll be filled with the worst of the worst acting like bigger fannies than usual no matter what. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

thepundit Posted July 15, 2014 Share Posted July 15, 2014 If it's a no vote then it will be a seething mess. Yes supporters have been very, very vocal. So they better not go quiet all of sudden! I wouldn't agree. What is ruining it is a handful of No voters deliberately posting pish to wind up Yes voters. You call that exciting? There is almost no intelligent debate going on in this forum or any other for that matter. It SHOULD be exciting I agree but it currently isn't. So the now famous "cybernats" are the victims? You must be having a laugh. Some of the debate amongst Yes and No voters on here has actually been alright recently in my opinion. Sure, there'll always be a few dafties, but mostly it's okay. For you to say none of the debate has been intelligent is harsh on the reasonable Yes and No's on here. 0 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
