Confidemus
Probably lots of Yes supporters who were expecting an easy win for Salmond. Ah well. ^^^ No supporter celebrating a swing to Yes.
Mr Bairn
No best priced 1/6 now 26/5 is the best price on Yes Very tempting to lump that bet
DeeTillEhDeh
In all fairness I think it will take a few days to get the full picture. I would certainly say that the attempts of some of the loon element on here and even the media to paint this as a no victory are pretty ridiculous. Score draw imho - though for the Yes campaign team it may feel like a loss. The equivalent of having an open goal and contriving to blast the ball over the bar. He can't afford to do it again. Tryfield
The debate has got through to the bookies. Blue is shortening. Pink is drifting. What the hell Betfair and Betdaq are up to, I do not know.

Odds based purely on polls which I don't think are a totally true reflection. This will be close. Very close. Well I hope to f**k someone sits Salmond down and tells him to approach this totally different I'll be fucking raging if he goes out and does this again it's a massive decision time to step up to the plate Salmond. You wouldn't think independence is something he'd been so passionate about after watching that debate the other night! Tryfield
He was quoting better together. Oh dear indeed. The press and media wont explain that to the masses though. So therefore, he made a huge chunt o' himsel.
P45
On reflection Salmond has played this almost perfectly. Darling was set up for a fight and he came across as loud and abrasive which puts woman and young people off. Salmond on the other hand was calm and relaxed right the way through. What was said at the debate was largely irrelevant. Salmond's aim was to change the female voters' perception of him and the exit polls show he has done just that. I'm not surprised people, especially women, have changed their vote off the back of it.
Mr Bairn
Except that barely any of the undecideds would change their vote based on this. I know one person who has added the no thanks twibbon due to the currency section. Everyone else I know of seems to have stuck to the same side of the debate as they were on before or if they were undecided then they remain so
Tryfield
I know one person who has added the no thanks twibbon due to the currency section. I know of one who has added the twibbon since last night. I don't think she actually seen the debate show though. I fear the worst for YES after the BBC stitch-up. Which is what it will be. Good on Salmond for agreeing to it though.
