Northsea80
Regarding land deals, I assume the purchase of the land for murray park was all above board? No discounts or incentives for it to be built in that specific location? It's not like David Murray to avoid making payments etc where possible so let's just assume it was all legit. Northsea80
Commonwealth games related. Watching the opening ceremony just be aware that the donation number for £5 half of that money goes to celtic, Peter and the land deals.
Loughal
Her Majesty setting foot in that place is surely the final insult. £6 for a bottle(plastic) of lager. £5-50 for a 3oz burgher. Tenner for a programme. This will no doubt give Lawwell a bit to think about. At least one wee terrier showed what he thought about it all leaving a deposit at the Celtic end. shiltrum
It's pretty funny that people think celtic had anything to do with Celtic park being named as venue for the opening ceremony other than saying yes to it. Murky indeed! I wonder what shadowy figure had a hand in Ibrox getting the rugby sevens? A token gesture from Sir Peter Lawwell, lord of the manor of lennoxtown? Crumbs thrown down from the big table and quickly snatched up by the poor relations in Govan. Seen as a way to get the repairs done at no cost to the Sevconians shocking so it is.
