I love the Dundee banter. Oozing seethe !

Have you been reading the thread? It's the Hearts fans that seem butthurt about United losing. They're biting worse than the United fans are.

Erm, I think it started after Dundee fans took the hump at me pointing out how embarrassing it was for them to even try and laugh at their more successful city rivals.

Troll gonna troll. You've had a shocker.

Sadly for United (and you, it seems) they recently passed up the opportunity to be more successful than us.

Says the Hearts fan.

You'll never understand, such is the dullard life of a fan of a team from a city with only one club.

Dundee fans :D

See you in the Derby in a few months. Shall be SCENES.

United will tear the wee team to bits, your derby record recently is as one sided as the Edinburgh derby, and long may it continue! ;)

You should look closely at us and see where financial misplay takes you. It's took us the best part of a decade to fully recover, all it takes is one season of failing in the Championship for a supposed 'big club' and the 'death spiral' sets in. It's going to be even harder for Hearts next year considering the quality of the league. It's not going to be the one year short stop, touring all the 'diddy' grounds that you seem to think it'll be.

A league title won on your own patch, two League Cups, also won on your own patch, two Scottish Cups and a UEFA Cup Final all since Dundee last won anything.

Hearts are a considerably bigger club than Dundee. There is not a chance that Hearts will spend any sustained period of time in the second tier. Not a chance.

Hearts wouldn't even have been relegated without the points deduction and we will arguably have a stronger side next season than this season just past.

If Hearts at worst do not win the play-offs in 2014-15, we will win the Sevco-less league in 2015-16. Two seasons have prudently been budgeted for just in case of this.

Bizarre post.

They have a Hibernian-esque derby record and a Hibernian-esque Scottish Cup record.

Humiliating stuff tbh.

Atleast Hibs have managed some high league finishes in the last 50 years and didn't lose their derby cup final on their own ground and probably have never played crowd noise over the tannoy in a home derby to create the impression they were singing

Butthurt

2 european semi finals, and the first one was at the first time of asking 8)

1 season in Europe in the last 40 years

1 Scottish Cup Final in the last 50 years (and yet left your half of North stand half empty)

cost them 23m and administration #1

^^^ let's see if you're as chipper in 3 years time when you're still down there.

You cheated your way to each of those cups - they should be struck from the history books.

Albert Kydd - fucking glorious.

Enjoy paying off all that football debt.:)

Priceless from a funster

Done local businesses out of money not once, but twice and then had the audacity to cry about a 25 point deduction, most deelusional set of fans in the country

Really, i mist have imagined us taking our opportunity to do that with both hands on May 15th 2010, same season you blew a 12 point lead at the top of div one

But incase i am mistaken, how many Scottish Cups have Dundee won?

Dundee are the only long established 'big' city club who could have found themselves stuck down there for so long, that's why they are and always will be the fun

Aberdeen,Hearts,United and Hibs, it realistically wouldn't happen

FFS the last decade they spent the majority of seasons in the top flight was the eighties :)

More successful. Unless I'm mistaken, in 2010 you made it 5-all on major trophies.

In which number system is 5 more than, er, 5?

In which case it's ordered by the competitions won, leagues>>scot cup>>lge cup

United 1 lge 2 scup 2 lcup

Dundee 1 lge 1 sup 3 lcup

Hence Killie who are also on 5 since their recent LCup win moved back above United and Dundee with their haul of 1 lge 3 scup 1 lcup

Had we won today it would have meant Dundee needed to win two Cups to move back above United, but it wasn't to be, was Saints day and in winning they achieved what Dundee haven't for 104 years now

Trying to use St Johnstone's success as a reason to put down Dundee. FS. Nothing like taking a defeat like a man.
