Stu
For some reason every time I send an e-mail to someone using the apostrophe (sp?) appears as a wee square. Anyone know why? I'm using Outlook and it doesn't seem to matter what program the other person has, they still get the square. I'm not using a fancy font so it's not that. Dunno if it's anything to do with my spam filter.
palmy_cammy
Is it the same when you use Word, notepad etc? If so check your keyboard settings and regional settings in control panel.

It could be that your trying to send HTML characters (without knowing) as plain text.
