Our first four league fixtures are; Rutherglen (H) Shettleston (A) Maybole (H) Irvine Vics (H) We got off to a horrible start last year so hopefully we learn our lesson and knuckle down from the word go. His team certainly played for him on Saturday for me, they really didn't get any breaks. Only baffling decision was taking marks off half way through second half, he didn't look injured. It's about producing good teams. He has done that in the past with Largs punching above their weight. Did well enough at arthurlie. Ok maybe threw in few to many youngsters but Largs can't be the easiest place despite the good facilities to entice players to. When you think about it they are probably the sixth or seventh if you were to rank ayrshire clubs in terms of fan base, success, history money.
