Hello chums,

Back at Dens for the first time in ages today - is there a cash gate in the Derry? Cba with the queues at the ticket office and this game is greyed out when I try to purchase online.

Thank you.

No, you'll need to q at the shop, unfortunately.

Think this could be our strongest line up within this formation for balance.

Let's hope it doesn't all need torn apart in 90 minutes time for next week.

Cameron, McCowan and Bakayoko giving us chances of goals late on. Confident of qualifying.

Thank you.

Beck looks good but will be booked (and possibly sent off) a lot this season. He needs to get his mouthiness under control, can’t be getting booked for dissent 35 minutes in.

Little wonder he was mouthing off. He got fouled a couple of times in the same run with the ball.

We've been honking. Hopefully this is just pre-season mode, because if this is it for the season then we're gubbed.

Why is this team perpetually unable to sign any midfielders with some actual ball-playing ability?

Boetengs been our best player so far.

Thank you.

Yup, but he's s shielding mid, he's no a ball player.

This match has pretty much been a carbon copy of most of last season. Bugger all in the way of vision or composure in the middle of the park, so it either gets knocked down the sideline in the hope a wide guy gets on it, or bumped straight at Robinson. We're totally incapable of holding the ball in the middle of the park and controlling the tempo, so we get turned around really easily.

Tiffoney is definitely more effective out wide on the left, he'd combine well with Beck out there.

For a squad with Robertson, Anderson and Cameron the midfield is lacking from what I've seen.

Jury definitely still out on the Mexicans as well, granted it's 45 League Cup minutes on the TV.

No urgency from a team that needs to win by 2 goals is strange as well. Legzdins holding onto the ball when it could've been returned to the opposition sums up the lethargy.

The home players are aware they can go through I assume?
