Or was that in the Champions League? seem to remember from old CM games that you could only have three foreigners in your squad. Other countries have these rules, so I'm sure it's legal. Advisable? There have been dozens of players over the years who haven't been anywhere near meeting the criteria regarding international caps but clubs have won appeals, mainly down to a panel being shown a video of the player in action and on the strength of that evidence granting them a permit.
