Got an email from the golf club today to say that from May 11th the first tee time on a Saturday will be 6.58 instead of 7.30. Opens up an extra 12 places, it was 7.30 before as they aren't allowed to cut the greens in the parts of the course closest to the residential areas, so that includes the 1st, 2nd and 3rd holes. They've bought a couple of electric mowers which are well below the sound limits so they can have all the greens ready for play earlier.

They ended up a shot off the lead, Lowry/McIlroy among the 4 pairs on 11 under. Foursomes today so scoring won't be as low.

He could/should be 6-2 ahead but because of some awful positional play and some bad misses he finds himself 6-2 down.

Still trying to get my head around the Falcons picking a QB. I get the bit about drafting a guy to sit behind an experienced player to make the adjustment from college to NFL, but I can't recall a team doing that when they have just signed the experienced guy for a shit ton of guaranteed cash.

Never fails to amaze me though how many handsomely paid footballers absolutely shite themselves from being hit by a ball. If the Brighton player in the wall doesn't turn side on he blocks it instead of merely deflecting it in.
