Colkitto Posted October 2, 2014 Share Posted October 2, 2014 Labour's attempt to use the electoral roll to chase Council Tax arrears was a punishment for the poor for voting Yes and also an attempt to make sure they stay off register for the inevitable 2nd referendum. I can't quite remember the precise nature of your tweet but it excellently put a 180 spin on the original whining mewl. You'll know what I mean.
