Spartans v Clyde

Bit of an over-reaction from the supporters and Barry imo. We were undeniably poor today but there wasn't really much in it as David has touched on, these things happen in football. Last thing we need is fans arguing with the manager whilst he's trying to do his job. Barry needs to learn not to react otherwise he's not going to make it as a manager, someone at the club will need to have a word with him.

We've been doing well recently and have a few positives to build on, quite happy to put this result down to a bad day at the office and focus on the league.

Three messages.

To the people of Spartans FC- well done, you deserved to win a very scrappy, low quality game.

To the players of Clyde FC - another in long line of embarrassing performances. You should be ashamed because frankly we didn't look like scoring far less winning.

To those running the club. How much further can we drag the name down? No quality, no hope and no strategy.

Desperate and embarrassing.

Three more months to find other things to do on a Saturday as that was just depressing.

Some of the seethe here is remarkable. We're a point off the play-offs and unbeaten in four league games.

Mind when Clyde fans claimed they'd actually win the league this season? Ooft, gutted for you and your usual Rangers tribute act manager.

Pumped by a non-league team.

Can't really remember any of our fans seriously claiming we'd win the league this season, and I certainly didn't - it was a hilarious overreaction from the bookies and media to the appointment of Ferguson and signing of him as a player.

Gutted for Morton being outplayed by dross like Airdrie today also. Looks like we're united in suffering this evening.

There quite clearly were. While Morton laboured prior to being reduced to ten men due to the failure manager we 'poached' from Clyde, we still at least earned another chance. You got utterly humiliated, once again, as befits your joke football club.

Gutted for you.

The only thing remarkable is the shit you come away with

Congratulations, you've managed to post something even more embarrassing than losing to Spartans today & being unable to beat 10 man Albion Rovers for 87 minutes last week

You're a chairman waiting to happen

If you think our current predicament is embarrassing then where were you during Duffy's first two seasons in charge?

Also, I stepped on to the wrong bus outside the stadium and ended up at the arse end of Edinburgh. Still not back in the city centre. Edinburgh is needlessly confusing and just generally shite.

wee-boy-from-the-country-type-post-IMHO
