It needs to get back to its founding principles before the left f**k it up like they've fucked up everywhere else. America is fucked. A third of the population live in third world conditions and the country is run by multi nationals whose directors and major shareholders run the senate. It's all about unbelievable out of control greed that suits a select few that don't give a f**k for anyone else. I've heard so many horror stories about how America 'works', what happens when you don't have things like proper insurance and even when you do your life is still a gamble. It only really works for multi millionaires. The rest are walking a daily tightrope. The UK is a very safe place to live compared to the US, as is most of Europe. The thought of the loony right in the USA having total power fills me with dread. The blame for this doesn't fall squarely at Obama's door though. It's America that's at fault for making it such a system where all you have is one extreme over another in Democrats v Republicans. Then you have the fucking Tea Party! Republicans have fooled the lower educated class into voting for them with "moral" issues-like women shouldn't get equal pay, access to total health care, gays shouldn't marry, they should keep guns, etc, so the lower classes vote against their own interests again and again because they are uneducated because Republicans keep them that way so they get the vote of rich folks and poor folks, and only the middle class with some education knows better.
