Clueless Jim v Forfar

So who gets dropped to fit him in? Dale or Malin I would guess but since Young will walk straight back into the team who misses out then? Hope he is another Dow or Allan and not a Gregor Fotheringham or a Brown

There's been an awful lot of defending of Morton players this season based on them not playing in their 'proper' position - valid to an extent but how far should we be taking that line? Crawford's played in at least 3 or 4 different midfield roles, how restricted a player is he?

He was really good when he was played in the middle though. It's just that he hasn't been since his first two games for us and since then has been looking poor out wide, because he clearly can't play there.

Anyway, no idea how this'll go. We can still cling to our home record to give us hope of doing well but if McManus doesn't perform we'll lose, and he was poor at Station Park.

A defeat'll have us seven points behind already: no doubt there'll still be people defending our laughably incompetent excuse for a manager if that comes to pass.

Is Smith a central midfielder? if that's the case he will probably go straight in alongside Husband.

Pleasing stuff, that.

Went for them right from the word go and totally dominated the first hour or so.

Scullion, McManus and Barrowman all caused the Forfar defence bother - it could have been more than 2-0.

The officiating today was at best bemusing and at its worst downright rancid. Where do they find these people? The only decision they got right all day was to send off Paterson near the end.

Uncle Fester will going back to the drawing board after that. Forfar offered nothing of note, Gaston was rarely troubled.

Onwards and upwards.

Decent performance today, good win and we played some decent football at times. Scullion had a good game and deserved his goal, would like to see him in the team again next week.

While we played really well, thought Forfar were quite poor. They certainly didn't look like a team that's going to win the title at the end of the season.

Great improvement in the team today bar a couple of players. Good to see wee scullion get his first goal in his debut. Could have been 4 or 5, on about 3 occasions where we could have had a penalty but the ref was too much of a shitebag; at least their red card done a bit of justice. Hope the Forfar faithfuls have a good drive home :thumsup2 Easy win.

Indeed you did, we were dire. Methinks someone has been whispering "have a wee tinker" in DC's ear. Any ideas who?

Just felt the need to ask any Forfar fans who attended why they felt the need to applaud their player as he walked off the pitch following a red card? Needless elbow to the back of Jordan Allan's head. He'd barely been on the pitch...

Surprisingly good performance from us today, although Forfar looked a very different team from the one we played the first time. A Jim Duffy tactical ploy worked. Hahahaha.

Waste of time , why change the team so much? The team that finished the game should be the one that started . 2 poor goals to lose and a stupid sending off . Cynical elbow .

No complaints just dissapoonted the management tinkered with the team so much, templeman offers nothing

It was all due to our poor team selection. And the applauding was cringeworthy as he fully deserved to go .
