If clubs thought he was doing a bad job they would have got rid of him but they have not so you have to assume they are happy with what he is doing. The top chairmen probably have the attitude that nobody could do a better job Certainly one of the obvious candidates for Hearns criticism. I echo what Enrico said above though, the clubs are to blame. They appointed this guy for a reason, and that reason wasn't for the good of the game if you ask me.
