I've done it before so a brief synopsis. We will lose a lot of highly skilled staff/ find it more difficult to recruit in the future. Most if not all of equipment scanners, x-ray machines etc. etc. are imported , most from the EU as are most of the drugs except some generic ones. The UK ceased to to make these things in the 60's and 70's. The ( fake ) £350 M on the side of the bus will be dwarfed by the increased costs to come. We have claimed back just £405 Million over the same period.
