Moonglum25
On the club web at the moment that they confirm that Dykes loan has been terminated and that another signing will be announced later today - midfielder or left back?
beaver1
Potentially my least favourite player ever. Good riddance.

Francesc Fabregas
Think there are a couple of ins and out happening over the coming week(s), with a left-back a priority.
Francesc Fabregas
Indeed, we have signed a midfielder called Callum Moore on loan from Dundee. Dylan Dykes has returned to his parent club, so too has Liam Scullion.

RossBFaeDundee
Callum's a talented lad, was in a kind of limbo with us though where he was usually in the first team but kept on the bench due to his youth. Always has had a look of promise when he's got on, and a loan is exactly what he needs. Hopefully he does a good job for you.

Moonglum25
Summary of our signings so far Ryan Blair – signed from Swansea in November, extended to the end of the season Botti Biabi – signed from Swansea in November, still currently under contract Jordan Armstrong – signed in November, extended until the end of the season Jonathon Tiffoney – signed in November, extended until the end of the season Greig Spence- signed from Arbroath on an 18 month deal Bob Wilson – signed from Arbroath until the end of the season Conor McBrearty – signed from St Mirren on loan until the end of the season Connor McBride – signed from Celtic on loan, extended until the end of the season Callum Moore - signed from Dundee, on loan to end of season Out of the above Tiffoney and McBrearty look the part, Biabi has been mainly injured and Spence joined last week. We will see what Moore is like but Wilson looks dodgy and the rest well least said. Still no left back.
Francesc Fabregas
Ryan Blair was quite good at the weekend, he looked like he was getting up to speed with the demands of the division (albeit against terrible opposition). I'd agree with the rest of your points. 50 minutes ago, virginton said: Don't think he got through the front gate tbh before being emptied. As for Dylan Dykes, I've no idea how he managed to get a longer-term contract at Greenock Morton, but he was mince. He was alright on the ball but an empty jersey without it. A poor signing. vikingTON
As for Dylan Dykes, I've no idea how he managed to get a longer-term contract at Greenock Morton, but he was mince. He was alright on the ball but an empty jersey without it. A poor signing. The answer to that question is ‘Jonatan Johansson’s ability at football management’, combined with our then chief executive’s desire to ship in younger players with supposed potential on longer deals for sell-on value. Dykes was originally sold as a more physical and dynamic option in midfield alongside Tidser, Millar etc., but the second coming of Alan Jenkins he was not. When even Irons doesn’t rate a tall central midfielder to win second balls in the air then the game is well and truly up for him.
clashcityrocker
Hope Callum Moore does really well for you. He's a good, promising mid field player with youth on his side - he was badly needing game time and first team football. I would expect him to do well - but might need a little time to gel and settle into the team.

It needed to be done though, the group of players we started the season with weren't good enough and I think we've largely upgraded what was there previously. Good to see Greig Spence scoring on Saturday, I hope it is the first of many!

David Marsh told he can go if he finds another club - only fly in the ointment is he has not long signed a new contract. Still think he is better than Wilson and Armstrong. Saturday's game will be interesting.
GableEnder21
McGuigan substituted again on saturday. Must be about time he is fed up at Stenny and wants away....
