Ton in Shawlands
Was hoping for a winger like Nesbitt (but a bit better?).
Colkitto
Duffy has in the past exploited the loan market really well with his time with Morton and it's hugely disappointing that we have failed to bring anyone in. The early season signings and the anticipation of loan players coming in to compliment the team has left us all a bit deflated to say the least now knowing that is not happening. We simply have no real width in the squad and young Jai aside, no real pace either. I watched us struggle to break down resolute Dumbarton and Livi defences recently, and I'm left bewildered why we haven't moved to bring anyone in to give us options. We have a talented forward line, so why not sign players who will create chances for them? I think we'll struggle to make the playoff's now, which is a real shame as we have talent in the squad that we won't be able to utilise to the full. paisleysaints
I see the boy Nesbitt went to MK dons last night on a perm deal. Did the ton try to sign him must be the first time in a while that neither of us has tapped up the OF for any loan players in a transfer window
