A bit like his final year at Heidenheim where he deserved a better exit. If Frank Schmidt has any sense, he'll bring Schnatti back to coach in the Bundesliga. Bartels made it 5-0 with two goals in quick succession on the hour mark. Neumann with a consolation goal 10 minutes thereafter. Flares, fireworks and a pitch invasion at the end, only for news of Heidenheim‘s 99th minute winner to come through. It will be interesting to see if they manage to pick themselves back up for the play-off. This will have been such a massive blow mentally to Hamburg that it could affect them badly.
