Hertha/BJFC1938
But the west cup draw is made in June every season.Let's be fair the draw has been made early which is good.Well let's hope they remain consistent with the draws then over the course of the season as the WOS cup has been treated shabbily for me in the last while. Brig O'Lea
Are the fixtures for each club on the sjfa intranet ??? Why do they just not print them and hand it to the delegates ?? Because the official start date of the season has to be agreed at the AGM John. It will be Saturday 8th August for the Sectional and Saturday 29th August for the league. Sunrise
Anything else of interest from the AGM? Admission now £6 for Premier and First Division matches, £5 for District level. A proposal to allow friendlies from first Saturday in July was defeated.
theesel1994
Admission now £6 for Premier and First Division matches, £5 for District level. Should be fun and games when an East Region side visits a West Region side in the Scottish.

Guest svejk
Why would ANY delegate vote against this? It wasn't a particularly close vote either ...
Arthurlie1981
The first Saturday in July was defeated by 10 votes. Disappointed and now have to wait 2 years to attempt to change it again. What I don't understand it why not let the clubs decide when they want to play pre season friendlies.

Brig O'Lea
If a club fails to fulfil a league fixture without good reason (eg severe illness, bereavement etc) they can be fined £100 and deducted 3 points and will still have to play the fixture at another time. If it happens in a West Region cup tournament (sectional/central league cup, West Of Scotland) they are fined £100 and will not be allowed in the following season's tournament. If discipline fines aren't paid in time, fines will be doubled in accordance with West Region rules and if teams still default, they risk being debt suspended.
