You think Plastic Phil would realise that his source is deliberately feeding him shite in order to make him look foolish, the failed social worker seems oblivious to it all though and publishes every little bit of false information he gets on his blog while begging desperately for donations....luckily for him, he seems to have enough clowns like Dhensbhoy desperate for his daily helpings of Rangers porn.

One day he'll have enough money to replace his tatty old kagool but he'll probably need to find a new source, maybe Dave j will loan him one of his...

Hurrah.

Despite slashing outgoings and having massive gates and playing in the second tier in a small underachieving country, Rangers continue to run at such a loss that admin can only be staved off via sugar daddies ploughing in more money.

Oh, the pride, the dignity.

Oh come on monkey, did a little part of you want to believe old uncle Phil?

Your fellow fans are still posting links to his fantasies over on the BRALT, forgive me if I laugh when our board take the piss out of him (and them)

Tedi, I'm not saying King must be telling lies; but your utterly unshakeable faith that he can't possibly be telling anything other than the absolute truth about his intentions, is almost touching.

Lol..Really..???

Before we even debate wether or not it would be achievable in footballing terms, you had better go and dig out the 3 years of accounts needed to enter european competitions lol

Those 3 years of accounts are in our filing cabinet mate. Your argument is wrong "Lol..". there is actually 4 years of RFC accounts since admin in 2012 now. so RFC can play in Europe any time as soon as we qualify. If RFC won the scottish cup this season we will be in Europa League next season defo.

as I said:

Aye loans until we start taking the Champs League money every season next year, can you's not see that ????? Do you really think the Deila Timplosion will halt RFC?

as soon as we win the championship title, we will start actually receiving a considerable amount of prize money every season in the Premiership because we will be 1st or 2nd every season, and these soft loans just now will fund us until then when we start getting the money back in to repay them.

That is what Dave King meant by 'over-investing' to get us out of the Championship. Obviously we are going to have more money going out for the moment than is coming in, when the main income for clubs in Scotland is Prem prize money and Europe Prize money which are cut off to us until we get promoted this season.

Soon as we win the championship title this season the prize money will start rolling in and we'll pay these loans off. Then Voila, we're at the top of Scottish Football again with no debt and our full club revitalised and rejuvenated, ha ha. Get it up yous

You're deluded one mate, go and worry about your own clubs finances, they're in a financial mire not RFC lol.

if you really think Ronny will stop Mark Warburton as well you must be even more deluded

I completely proved you wrong yet your response is "haha, deluded" to sweep the real facts under the carpet, so you can try to continue your bias,

Look I know that ruling out an insolvency event this year is disappointing for you, but you may come across a little less foolish if you just admitted this, rather than instantly turning all bitter.

Why would I be bitter about it? I've said all along that I thought more loans to plug the hole in the dam was the likeliest route.

Imagine boasting however, about your club ruling out an insolvency for a while.

The horror! The horror!

They do want to issue shares, that is why they are including a special resolution in the next AGM.

I know directors turning loans into shares does not quite fit your 'bleeding the fans dry' model...but there you go.

If they wanted to issue shares, they'd just issue shares , not use the excuse of a court case that apparently "will have no effect on the club whatsoever"

Anyway I'm watching the rugby so I will leave you to your usual Friday night in , Defending convicted Fraudsters n liars whilst quoting Insolvency laws from all over Europe in the last 39 years...have a good night Moron.

how about a quote from duff and phelps stating we are the same club, which indicates that you dont actually understand what was mentioned in the assets listing as they are 100% clear that the club is the same club

The Club will continue to operate as it has always done but within a new company structure.

While the Club will continue to face difficulties in the short term, it will survive and continue to play at Ibrox."

However, we should make it clear that Rangers Football Club will continue within a new company structure and the Club survives and will continue playing football at Ibrox.

http://news.stv.tv/west-central/105851-in-full-duff-and-phelps-statement-on-rangers-cva-failure//

heres a few from bdo as well, just to hammer home the point

  • It's important to understand that the appointment of liquidators will not mean the end of football at Ibrox - only the end of the company that ran the club,"
  • "The joint administrators intend to complete a transfer of the business and assets to a new company in the coming days, putting the future of the club on more secure footing.

and hmrc , just to make sure its 100% clear what was sold

  • the liquidation route does not prejudice the proposed sale of the club. This sale can take place either through a CVA or a liquidation.
  • Liquidation will enable a sale of the football assets to be made to a new company, thereby ensuring that football will continue at Ibrox. It also means that the new company will be free from claims or litigation in a way which would not be achievable with a CVA. Rangers can make a fresh start."
  • Source - http://local.stv.tv/glasgow/105870-rangers-crisis-hmrc-look-to-investigate-those-responsible-for-meltdown/

now thats bdo, duff and phelps and hmrc all stating the club was sold and continues - what seems the more likely scenario here - a) you dont understand what the assets list contained or b) all three organisations, experts in this area got confused about what actually happened

the answer is A dumbass :thumsup2

Are Duff and Phelps employees or former employees not implicated in a certain fraud trial? Not sure that we can trust anything said by them over this sale, let the courts decide.

HMRC said that football could continue at Ibrox they did not say that the original Rangers would continue. They comment on the "proposed" sale of the club, since then there has been no mention of a club in the bill of sale.

BDO were commenting on the reports received from the administrators who were allegedly acting fraudulently in their conduct over the sale. Probably best waiting until a court has ruled on whether that sale was fraudulent or not?

this picture is further evidence that as soon as Rangers are back in the Premiership, our income will increase massively and we will pay off all of these soft loans etc. Because as well as receiving a fair share of that TV money in the Premiership, we will also be receiving Premiership prize money for winning the league or being 2nd, and Europe prize money too.

Clonmel Bhoy, CFC will be lucky if they don't detiorate further before RFC get promoted, Deila is walking on ice and might be sacked, the team have only detiorated Since Lennon not improved, RFC are improving like wildfire every month, if I were you I would be really worried about RFC overtaking your club and ousting yous from Europe. Your club is in debt to the tune of millions too mate, and is really dependent on qualifying for CL for cash for it's humongous wage bill for its oversized squad.

Look you and a fair few other posters have been making making the same assumptions that the OP made, just to remind you he said 'an insolvency event looks imminent' lots of other posters openly wish for this on a daily basis, do you expect me not to be happy that this has been shown to be not 'imminent' after all?

Any evidence at all Ted of me assuming that an insolvency event looked imminent?

Post it if you find some.

Otherwise, you'll obviously wish to apologise and withdraw that claim.

Unless the green n grey yins really fall to pieces then we've a fair few years before we have a level playing field with htem, the current retail deal, sponsorships and other commercial deals are hurting us.

Get back into the top flight, get second place and put pressure on the green n grey yins.

To be fair I think Rangers are a long long way away from being able to challenge celtic, however our best chance is if the bit in bold never happens.

Nah, I don't agree. Deila and Warburton play similar tactics (i.e. too much emphasis on attacking full-backs that leaves the team exposed to counter-attack).

The difference is that Deila has lots of million pound players at his disposal so he only get's found out In Europe.

Whereas Warburton's players are not million pound players so he gets found out by St.Johnstone level teams.........

As is Delia will always come out on top.

And if the money ever does flow into Rangers then the two managers would probably cancel each other out via their mutual short-comings....
