TrueDiamond
Bit of a 'throw myself to the ground' effort there from Diving Depay. Definite contact, but really Memphis???
The Naitch
Fucking hell, desperate times when Man Utd need a 94th minute penalty to sneak past League One opposition at home.

The Grass Is Greener.
This just papers over the cracks and keeps the hilarity going for a few more weeks.
mizfit
Van Gaal's probably away to open his 10th wine bottle of the day.
TrueDiamond
Fucking hell, desperate times when Man Utd need a 94th minute penalty to sneak past League One opposition at home.Just a sign of where they are as a football club. 2 dodgy wins in 2 games they really should be winning comfortably just shows how poor they are. PS Was there a travel ban in Manchester? All their legions of loyal supporters from all over England seemed to be 'missing in action'. Or did they borrow the empty chair outfits from Celtic. pandarilla
Bit of a 'throw myself to the ground' effort there from Diving Depay. Definite contact, but really Memphis??? Agreed. Fucking terrible. One of those cases where there should be a reluctant penalty given and a booking for diving too. It would be an easy rule I reckon. Ref just needs to decide if the player fouled has made the most of it.

pandarilla
It was a stonewaller. f**k off. There was a contact. Probably a penalty but a wholly reluctant one. The boy should be thoroughly ashamed for his reaction.

There's nothing reluctant about it. The boy lunged in and caught him studs on the shin. Even he didn't protest. Maybe once you cool down you'll realise this. Maybe once you cool down you'll realise this. He did lunge in and he did catch him in the shins - but the force behind the contact was pretty minimal. Memphis then takes the decision to flick the heels back (absolutely dreadful dive actually, not in any way natural) rather than turn inside the sliding defender. jimmy boo
Put the man Utd game on for about 40 seconds then went back to channel 1 for some entertainment and atmosphere. Embarrassing for them. What was on channel 1?
P45
Villa fans were having a go at Micah Richards today. Decent of him to take time and try and reason with them.
TrueDiamond
It was a stonewaller. I didn't say it wasn't. But Depays reaction was a delayed throw myself to the ground. Honestly it's embarrassing.
Honest_Man#1
Villa fans were having a go at Micah Richards today. Decent of him to take time and try and reason with them. Yeah a coach tried to tell him to give up but he kept speaking to them and taking the abuse. Then after the game Villa fans gave loads of abuse to every player as they walked back onto the bus. Pretty cringeworthy all round for those Villa fans today.

TrueDiamond
It was a stonewaller. Whilst they aren't always everyone's cup of tea here's what's on BBC match report: "His acrobatic reaction suggested the hosts may have got lucky when referee Jon Moss pointed to the spot, but replays showed there was limited contact." Sums up very eloquently what I was trying to say.
Raidernation
Richards was dreadful today, but by all accounts would have been better than the Aberdeen defenders today! Good of him to at least try to talk to the fans, showed a bit of it here, apparently the Villa fans were all "Where's the passion?"
TheGreenElves
Just seen the highlights of the Eastleigh game there. Eastleigh were on the attack when one of their fans runs on and the ref doesn't notice him, then there is a goalmouth scramble with a guy wearing a hoodie and jeans wandering about the box
