The-coo-shed
Murray to play Steve Johnson in Shanghai. Should be a good game.
Virtual Insanity
Tickets for Belgian end of Davis Cup go on sale tomorrow at 11am. LTA will hold a ballot for final tickets, but no word of whether this will be for day or weekend tickets. The farcical nature of all their sales to date means there is no way of rewarding people who have attended every round.
Loki
A real boost to Andy Murray today with Federer losing in the second round. He won the event last year so Andy Murray will continue to be #2 in the world going into the Paris Masters and more than likely the ATP World Tour Finals. Murray will have 750 points to drop off as he won't be defending Vienna and Valencia (Valencia lost the ATP 500 status, Vienna took it over, and Valencia is now a ATP250). Touch and go but a deep run here to at least the semi finals would be ideal. Federer only lost 16 points on serve in the three sets but crucially dumped his serve for the only time at 4-3 in the third. Federer's kryptonite still seems to be left handed Spaniards.
booitsme7
Andy Murray beat Steve Johnson 6-2 6-4 and he now plays John Isner who beat David Goffin 6-3 7-6. Murray has never lost against Isner.

Nightmare
Great performance from Andy; he was on the front foot the whole match, playing some brilliant attacking tennis. Very enjoyable watch. Edited October 16, 2015 by Nightmare

The-coo-shed
Murray to play Coric. Hopefully he gubs him after Dubai this year.
Kyle
he's won the first set 6-1 and he's a break up in the second. Pretty comfortable stuff.
booitsme7
Murray wins 6-1 6-2 and he now plays David Goffin.
Loki
Murray played great precision tennis today moving Coric around the court and extracting error after error from him, while playing tight enough not to error. He was very comfortable today, and Coric couldn't put any pressure at all on his serve, and didn't get a sniff at his second serve. Murray lost six points on his serve in the match. Should be an interesting match tomorrow against Goffin. Murray looks sharped and relaxed, he will not want to give Goffin anything tomorrow with the Davis Cup coming up at the end of this month. Did anyone see the Paire Vs Simon match from yesterday? You will never see a better drop shot winner than this http://www.atpworldtour.com/en/video/benoit-paire-retractable-hot-shot-paris-2015
The Woolshed
Seen that yesterday. What a shot. Took me a few angles to actually understand how he's managed it.

Loki
The Murray/Peers combo lost today meaning they have one last tournament to play before going their separate ways. After the ATP finals Murray will play with doubles specialist Bruno Soares.
