The March hearing will be after round 1 as well which is a pain in the arse. They could have just stated they would revert their rules back on 1st January to what was previous and cleared him to play from then. Loki Posted November 17, 2015 Share Posted November 17, 2015 Quite glad that Nishikori beat Berdych. Berdych just doesn't have it anymore when it comes to playing against a top player. Although he beat Nadal in the Australian Open he hasn't scored a win against the other big three since 2013 when he beat Murray in Cincinatti before he had his surgery. Berdych wouldn't have stood a chance against Novak. At least Nishikori has the game to trouble Federer (although he has to serve well, and not to drop errors all the time). If Federer loses to Novak tonight, the Nishikori match will be a straight shoot out for qualification. He can serve his way to victory in any match like he did last night. Djokovic wasn't anywhere near his best. The winner Federer had to win the first set was fantastic. Murray doesn't look like he cares if he wins or not. With Federer likely to win the other group, I don't think he will be overly bothered about winning today as long as he beats Stan.
