P45
Anyone else interested? A few are saying if the USA lose the game then Klinsmann needs to go. I'd say it's a little harsh on the guy. He's has some fantastic results in the past and it's hardly his fault that the pool of USA players is pretty poor at the moment. Mexico win. Christophe
Is this the Confederations Cup play-off? They've created a cup for the last two winners of another cup to go forward and play for a completely different pointless cup? Count me out. P45
Aye, it's totally made up. The current Gold Cup holders (Mexico) should just go to the Fed. Cup. The game should be good though.
Christophe
Why are USA getting to play at home, is it just a one-off game? Not two legs? None of this makes any sense!
Nightmare
Why are USA getting to play at home, is it just a one-off game? Not two legs? None of this makes any sense! The crowd will be full of Mexicans anyway, so it's not particularly an advantage
Cityfan
Is this the Confederations Cup play-off? They've created a cup for the last two winners of another cup to go forward and play for a completely different pointless cup? Count me out. I read somewhere today that the trophy made for this might not actually be ready in time for the game, making it even more of a farce. Both Fox Soccer and Azteca TV have been using Trump's speech about Mexicans to promote this game, can see the Mexicans being pretty pumped for this on and off the field. HibeeJibee
Mexico won 3-2 after extra-time to join Germany, Russia, Australia and Chile in the Confederations Cup. It does strike me as odd to have it over 1 leg.
